The hosr was very responsive and went over and above during iur stay. There was plenty of space for us to chill and relax in our own spaces. The video games were an added touch for entertainment. The bathrooms were very clean. There were plenty cooking utensils and seasonings.

I strongly advise against booking this property. My experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I booked this home for a family trip to a chess tournament, and the host was unresponsive for days. She wouldn't answer calls and refused to either confirm or cancel the stay.Only one day before my arrival, she finally accepted the reservation, only to cancel it on the actual day of check-in. When I tried to contact her to figure out where I would take my family, she claimed she hadn't canceled it. However, VRBO support confirmed that the host was indeed the one who initiated the cancellation.To make matters worse, she then suggested that we come to the house anyway and pay her in cash upon arrival. This felt like a complete scam, and I obviously refused. Because of her last-minute cancellation, I had to scramble to find a hotel in a city where almost everything was already booked, costing me significantly more money and unnecessary stress.Save yourself the trouble and do not rent from this host. This behavior is unprofessional and highly suspicious.

Lovely Property, Manger Quickly Solved Fluke Mishap

This beautiful, spacious property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just across from a small park, and only minutes from TPC San Antonio and JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.The home is clean, bright, and well-equipped—with the minor exception of an ice cube tray for the freezer. All bedrooms are upstairs, leaving a large, relaxing living area downstairs with a generous kitchen and a spacious backyard. The driveway easily accommodates two cars, with ample street parking available.Our group of 7 adults found the 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom layout far more economical and comfortable than a hotel stay would have been.We did encounter an unexpected issue during our stay, one that we knew couldn’t be resolved until the next business day. Remarkably, the property manager’s prompt problem-solving and professional network got it fixed by 9pm that same night.On the downside, we did not receive our entry code by the listed check-in time, which delayed our arrival by about 30 minutes—this was eventually resolved after contacting the manager through VRBO customer service.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property and its location were exactly what we wanted.
