This cozy retreat offers an all-electric cottage with one bedroom, one bath, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV's in living room and bedroom, a washing machine / dryer, iron, heating / AC, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.

The cottage has been remodeled using reclaim wood from the property. Log wood siding from the original ranch house, planks, flooring, cabinet doors. The black wood has been preserved using the Japanese technique of Shou sugi ban giving the wood a unique texture.

Outdoors enjoy a pergola with a fire pit, to the side of the cottage is a meadow full of native grasses and wildflowers. Beautifully landscaped with fruit trees and native grasses. Built to capture and preserve water.
