Enjoy top-tier amenities, including two pools, a rooftop viewing deck, gym, 24-hour security, and secured reserved parking. With cafes, restaurants, shopping, and the beach just steps away, everything you need is within easy reach.

This new condo boasts an open, bright floor plan with stunning views throughout. It features a full-sized kitchen with an island, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a walk-in storage room equipped with a full-sized stacked washer/dryer. All living areas open through glass sliders to a balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding landscape. Both bedrooms are dressed in luxury hotel-quality linens. The unit has hotel-quality towels and oversized Turkish beach towels for use at the pools and beach. For entertainment, enjoy high-speed Wifi and Samsung TVs with access to American channels, movies, and more. We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Jaco. The location was absolutely perfect — right on the beach with breathtaking sunsets every evening. The condo itself was wonderful and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Richard was an exceptional host, always responsive and proactive in making sure our check-in went smoothly. Everything was well-prepared upon our arrival, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

Jaco Beach Vacation

Location was a 5 for both beach and town, property is top notch as it just opened last year, view of the beach and sunsets were superb, only thing is the town is like a 3 as it is not like a resort, but we always felt very safe walking around. Market is an easy walk away Many very good restaurants with Koko's on the beach one of our favorites.Jaco town is an easy drive from the airport on decent highway type roads

Jaco CR Vacation

We stayed for a week at this oceanfront apartment. It was clean and just as described. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. Very convenient location for walking being right on the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Local tour groups offered free transportation from Pacific Point. Coffee shop right next door was wonderful and the staff very friendly. We were sad to leave this tropical paradise.

Immaculate property in a great location

We have nothing but good things to say about this Vrbo! The location was perfect, right on Jaco beach and within very short walking distance of several restaurants. The condo itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The AC worked like a charm, which was desperately needed when we came home at the end of the day! And the pool was very refreshing after a long day as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!

Absolute Paradise

This condo and its VIEW will make your jaw drop. Steps from the ocean, unobstructed ocean view (amazing sunsets), and absolute luxury inside the unit and throughout the building. I wish I could have stayed longer. Rick was extremely accommodating. You can tell he’s extremely focused on a positive guest experience. Thanks again for everything.

Beautiful sunset and a great condo.

The location of the property is a real plus. Beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance. It's obviously a new building and it's very safe with staff paying attention to the comings and goings on the property. The 8th floor condo balcony gave us a very good view and was quits comfortable. There were a lot of add ons. The pool and kiddie pool the large covered area out back. The exercise facility. And more. We truly enjoyed our stay.
