July 4

The rental was very clean and comfortable. It was in a good location. The only issue was the communication between VRBO and the Property Management. I got different payment notices with different dates and amounts from the Property Manager than what my booking with VRBO stated. I even received a cancellation notice if payment wasn't posted. I copied my booking with VRBO to the Property Manager and they apologized for the confusion.

Golf cart wasn’t available for us due to repairs and we weren’t notified of that until our full refund date was past. We rented locally and it cost double what this property cart was (100/night). House very clean. WiFi good. Kitchen and appliances great. Some of the communication on the app is Ai which can be slightly frustrating when asking the same questions over and over. The beds were VERY comfy! AC worked GREAT! Overall, I’d recommend this home for the location, price, and cleanliness.

It was a good, clean place to stay in Port A - very close to places to eat, shop, and the local grocery store. A short walk to the beach. The pool was right behind the property - very convenient and clean. The main picture of the property has a golf cart in it. I was (mistakenly) under the impression the cart was a part of the rental. After arriving, discovered it was not and was not available for rental. Admit, partly my fault for not reading the fine print. There were a few items needed after arrival, the host was immediately responsive and satisfied the requests quickly. Would recommend!
