This was exactly what I needed. Stayed for a month and it was such a wonderful area, such a perfect substitute home, lovely owners who answered any questions I had. I couldn’t be happier!

Very convenient for us as we were visiting our daughter at Fairfield U for a parents weekend. We brought our dog with us as the property is pet friendly. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The space was clean and had sufficient amenities. It is on the third floor and only stairs to access it. Could definitely use additional trash cans and a clocks. After taking a shower if you left the bathroom door open the smoke alarm kept going off. The neighbor hood felt safe and had several places to eat or go out.When checking in the code to the front door did not work, but the owner answered the phone right away and reset the code.My only issues were there was a 500 hold put on my card in addition to the actual room charge. It was never told to me that that kind of hold would be placed on my card and I actually had to move money around in my accounts to account for this. That kind of a hold was completely unnecessary and hotels do not even place that kind of hold on your card. There was also a 250 cleaning fee that seemed excessive. The parking was also difficult. There is one small lot in the back but only room for 1 person to park unless you want to be blocked in and street parking is very limited.

Lovely Experience

Very clean and such a nice house, street is a bit busy but there was parking space available, host was spectacular, extremely polite and available to help and answer any questions, will definitely be staying here again!!
