Luxurious, Beautiful...Heated pool, BBQ grill, updated media system with SONOS speakers for music all around the house, Fireplace, Kids Outdoor PlaySet, Kayak access at Beach (please inquire at Clearwater Beach), Private Beach Parking access! Two seperate wings for privacy if needed with amenities. The Lagoon shaped Pool, surrounded by beautiful gardens of roses, lavender, Lilies, hydrangeas and grasses presents an Eden on earth like oasis... this Home has It all!

This stunning new beach home was designed by the previous owner and Editor of an international travel publication to meet her needs for a place to relax and retreat when not staying in the most luxurious resorts in the world. Those experiences enabled her to incorporate many comforts and amenities only found in the best hotels. As the new owners, we have incorporated a modern touch to the home which combined with the oasis resort feel gives guests a perfect getaway. A little different and special than what is expected...

The private 5 bed/4 bath home enjoys a heated pool surrounded by a bluestone patio and another patio with lounging chairs as well as a gas grill and table and seating, a kids outdoor play set, a second floor furnished deck with gas fire pit, as well as access to our Clearwater beach via a pass to the locked gate. Club provides a large parking lot, sand beach and marina for out door grilling and seating. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, firewood for the fireplace, gas for Propane grill, gardening, pool care, Free WiFi, Cable TV, telephone, fully equipped chef's kitchen and kids play area in the backyard. Please be sure to supervise children at ALL times in the playarea and pool.

PLEASE NOTE: Electric and Gas usage is billed back at cost and deducted from the security deposit. Meter Readings are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. PLEASE NOTE DURING PEAK SEASON (JULY/AUGUST) TWO WEEK or longer rental commitments are preferred and will get preference.

Great Family Vacation

My family including three generations had an incredible summer vacation. The house and pool were incredible. Walking distance to the beach. Host was extremely prompt and responsive to any and all questions and issues we had. Highly recommend especially for those traveling with families!

Amazing family oasis

Wonderful house for multigenerational family gathering. Exceptionally beautiful gardens and multiple living spaces to congregate or spend alone time. Clearwater beach community is lovely. House was very clean and extremely well equipped. Host is welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!

Lovely pool a bit removed from town

Owners were very responsive but house needs some TLC. Sticky doors, missing handles on kitchen cabinets, gate hard to open, appliances need updating, etc. (especially fridge which clearly on its last leg). Pool area is beautiful with gorgeous hydrangeas all around and nice privacy as well. Walkable to a bay-side rocky small beach area and short drive to small community beach but real nicer sandy beach is a 15-min Drive and the house doesn’t come with a parking permit for it. Also most restaurants will not deliver to this address so had to do pick up. Lovely property and even has a swing set which is great for kids as well. Bbq works well and nice table out back for it. No grass on the property so can’t kick soccer ball or play corn hole, etc. Overall we had a nice stay.

We appreciate all feedback; per previous guest comments, we have not heard anything related to doors and appliances from guests that stay for weeks at a time; much longer than the exception we made for a short stay such as yours given the current pandemic. We will make sure to review and replace/adjust as needed per overall feedback we receive. Additionally, we are still working on repairing the door that was broken during your stay and brought to our attention just prior to your checkout. The town of East Hampton requires vehicle registration to assign permits for non-resident cars which unfortunately for guests is not possible to do. East Hampton restaurants are in general much more limited vs more populated towns like South Hampton. They do not deliver even without the pandemic which I assume is a big factor in the challenges you faced with delivery. Thanks again for visiting our home!

Family get together

We totally enjoyed the house ... awesome pool, beautiful house with great kitchen and outdoor grill area. The neighborhood was quiet but central to East Hampton and Amagansett. The community beach was beautiful and well maintained. Overall, our family get together was enhanced by the great house and location.

Excellent 4 week getaway

- terrific location for us…very close to bay beach and short rides to ocean beach and towns - beautiful property - pool area feels tropical - wonderful quiet neighborhood - plenty of room in the house for family of 5 (with teenagers) and occasional guests - several separate outdoor area to relax - great WiFi - was able to work remotely with no issues (necessary because cellular service is lacking…at least for Verizon) - hosts were helpful and very responsive to all needs and questions

Unique Property

Loved our stay at this house again. The house is absolutely beautiful and the owners added a children’s playground which makes staying with little kids so much easier. While much of the town is closed due to covid, there’s a private beach accessible within walking distance and the kids enjoyed playing in the sand while maintaining social distance from others. When not at the beach, the kids were swimming in the pool or hanging in the back yard. The adults got plenty of R&R. The owners had several desks through out the house allowing for WFH to be seamless and strong internet. Would definitely recommend again.

Wonderful experience - beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home, which had all the amenities that we would want, and was a luxurious home away from home. We loved the location as well, as we had the choice of going to the private beach or driving to the town beaches (or relaxing by the beautiful and serene pool). While the location felt very private and secluded, it was also only a short drive away from the town center. Also a wonderful location if you like being active - enjoyed many wonderful and scenic jogs and bike rides around the area. Couldn’t say more wonderful things about our hosts - they were super responsive and helpful prior to and throughout our stay. Would love to stay at this wonderful home again. Great neighborhood

The house is as depicted in the pictures. The pool area is lovely and we spent lots of time there. The nearby bay beach is great for a quick run to the beach and the ocean beaches which we love are a 10 to 15 minute drive. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and very walkable. Convenient stores are close by as is a farmers market. There are several separate areas in the house your group is all adults as we were so lots of privacy. My husband had to work some of the time and there is a very nice room with a desk where he was able to have quiet. Communication with owner was great.

Total relaxation

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us, and all 5 bedrooms were nicely appointed with comfortable beds. The pool was very nice; a pool heater was available but we didn’t need it. There were many different areas to sit and relax, and the neighborhood was quiet but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shops in East Hampton and Amagansett. All in all, a very relaxing week.

Amazing East Hampton Rental

The perfect property for an East Hampton family getaway! We highly recommend a stay here to experience the best East Hampton has to offer. Tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood near the beach, Marjan's home has incredible amenities: a state-of-the-art entertainment system and Sonos, a beautiful kitchen with fantastic appliances, pool, propane grill outside, bocce court... And minutes from East Hampton and Amagansett for trips to restaurants, shopping, wineries and night life. Marjan and Kunal are gracious and very responsive hosts, which completed our luxury vacation experience.

Resort Style Escape

We highly recommended this lovely house! The location is perfect near the water tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Our family was able to go for a short run to the beach and spend some time at a playground one day and ride the provided bicycles around the neighborhood the next. There were plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance and several grocery shopping options. The inside is very spacious, clean, and cozy with plenty of sleeping room; all our family members could have each slept in their own room with space to spare. There were two deluxe master suites and three additional bedrooms. The kitchen is an inspiring chef’s dream with lots of cabinets and nicely stocked table ware. One of the things I missed the most about living in the city was the ability to grill and with the upscale propane grill we were able to enjoy a healthy dinner every night. The French doors on the first level give various views outside including a fantastic panoramic view of the front yard pool oasis where my family spent most of their time. It was a bit cold one day and our hosts were gracious to warm the pool water for us which made our stay a success with the kids. The backyard had plenty of room for our two kids and dog to run around and play without having to worry about traffic while my husband and I enjoyed some wine on the patio. A rainy day did not ruin our vacation as our hosts prepared in advance and provided several board games for us to play and televisions in every room connected to an incredible state of the art entertainment system that made it so easy for both kids to watch their own movies with no fighting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone (especially families or large groups) wanting to stay near the beach or relax in East Hampton.
