This property is a spectacularly located lighthouse on the Vinalhaven island. It is in an incredibly scenic and secluded spot. To say it’s beautiful does not do it justice. The home itself is cosy and nicely decorated. Appliances are up to date and everything works perfectly. My only wish is that I’d had more time to spend there! There is great scenery across the island and wonderful walks/hikes for outdoor activities. People in the town were great. I would encourage guests that are first timers to the island to familiarize themselves with the ferry service and how it works for reservations, line numbers and standby. Hoping it go back again!
