Great Views & Close To Everything
Spacious 4BR 3.5BA home with gorgeous views centrally located in Golden, Colorado. The unit is fully furnished with all amenities including a wet bar. Only 15 Minutes to downtown Denver for conventions, conferences, concerts and sporting events! Easy access to many attractions in the foothills, and Rocky Mountains. Golden is known as a bicycler's paradise, even hosting the USA Pro Cycling Challenge.
The tenant will live in the top two floors; I travel frequently, but even if I'm here, there is the option to stay in the basement with a separate entrance. Ideally, the tenant would move in early January and move out early May, but I'm open to all offers—please contact me!
* Morrison, home of Dinosaur Ridge, is just minutes away and Downtown Golden is only 6 minutes!
*Don't miss out on Music and Movies in the Park, The Golden Music Festival, the First Friday Street Fair, Farmer's Market, Fine Arts Festival or Coors Brewery Tour.
*The home is minutes from Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater (4 miles away!). Take in a concert or enjoy the hiking and biking in this breath-taking, historical park.
*Close proximity to Downtown Denver, Central City, Blackhawk, Heritage Square, Clear Creek.
*Close to the beautiful Rocky Mountains and skiing! You can enjoy the powder in less than an hour with I-70 access to multiple ski resorts.
Adventurous? Try out some whitewater rafting, canoeing or kayaking in Clear Creek Whitewater Park.

I am a native Coloradoan and have lived at my home in beautiful Golden, CO for 10 years. As a professional speaker and author, I've traveled extensively around the world, spending over 125 days a year in Asia and the Middle east.
Foreign guests are welcomed and well cared for. Because of my frequent travels, it is highly likely visitors will have full reign of the home, but even if I'm around, there is the option for me to stay in the bedroom in the one-man office downstairs. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, biking, hiking and good conversation with anyone and everyone.
My favorite travel destinations include Thailand, Singapore, The Philippines, Sweden, Greece and of course my home state of Colorado.
