Pet friendly. Smelled like cat pee and was not refunded as much as we should have been for not staying because of the smell.

Guest told me she was leaving and then requested to stay an extra 3 full days over New Years. I did offer to send a cleaner and guest declined. The guest left things in the house-I offered for her to come back and she had driven out of state, despite saying she was staying in the area. The cleaner confirmed before her arrival and after that there was no smell. A refund was given per refund policy, approved by the guest, and approved by VRBO.

Why they chose this property
I really enjoy the neighborhood because of how quiet it is, and it’s central location. Within 20 minutes you can either get to the shopping center in Jacksonville or to a beautiful spot on the Emerald coast. I also got really lucky with proximity to Swansboro and it’s many eclectic shops and restaurants!
