Cozzee Cottage by the Sea

Welcome to Cozzee Cottage by the Sea in Island Manor on Marco Island. Our kitchen renovations were completed in December of 2019. The renovations include appliances , cabinets, granite countertops, lighting and creation an open concept to the living room. The location can not be beat! It is across the street from beautiful Residents beach and a few minutes walk to the public beach access. The unit is located on the 1st floor and tucked away within Island Manor, away from traffic and noise. It is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping and is just steps away from the screened Lanai to the heated pool, shuffleboard, and putting green. Walk or bike to nearby shops and restaurants.

The new owners have recently painted and redecorated with comfortable and stylish coastal decor. There are two bikes. two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella with the unit. The unit is ideal for a couple but can sleep four with the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with all modern appliances. For your convenience, a well kept laundry room is located just steps away from your front door and your assigned parking spot is convenient to the unit. This is a no smoking unit and no pets are allowed in Island Manor.

Wonderful stay at Cozee Cottage

We enjoyed our month long stay at Carole’s cozee cottage . Every kitchen appliance, pan and accessory allowed us to enjoy meals on the screen lanai, or dining set inside. Location is great to enjoy beach time or walk to nearby restaurants.. Island Manor condo complex is quiet, with friendly residents., we loved our pool time in the afternoons . Check out empire bagels and Joeys , walking distance , we are glad we did..

Cozzee Cottage on Marco

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It's actually the best stocked place we have ever stayed in. The community if very friendly and activities are numerous. Having bikes at our disposal was a real treat as Marco is bike and walk accessible. Thanks Charles and Carol for creating a warm, welcoming temporary home for us!!
