Come and stay throughout the whole year!! Perfect getaway no matter what the season!! Close to beach, boards, Convention Center!! In the summer month enjoy the pool and hot tub!!

The Monarch Condominiums are in the Crest location that is most preferred by families. This excellent location is just a short walk to everything that your family will want to do and see - the world famous boardwalk, bicycle rentals, restaurants, and all of Morey's ride and water park piers.

This 3rd floor end unit is on the north side of the Monarch association. Ride the elevator up to your floor. The ocean and island views from the private top floor balcony are beautiful.

Enjoy four bedrooms and two full baths. Enjoy a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities including granite counter tops and all appliances.

The living, dining, and kitchen "great room" areas are very spacious with plenty of room for the whole family to gather together. Other amenities include elevator access, a washer/dryer in the unit, outdoor showers, two car reserved parking underneath the building, and a private beach storage room.

Amazing condo

So close to walk to boardwalk or beach! The pool and hot tub were clean with plenty of room and chaise lounges around. The condo was perfect for 9 of us and well stocked of everything! Even beach chairs and boogie boards. So satisfied and will return.

Great Vacation Condo

We were all very pleased with the condo,pools and the property of the Monarch!! The condo was clean and provided the sheets and towels which was a plus. Nicely decorated with added touches. Location is excellent with younger children. Only one down side was the smoke alarms went off at 12:40AM our last nite and we all evacuated the building, lol!! Police and firemen arrived and everything was fine, kids thought it was great!😀
