Concrete restoration and exterior painting will take place 10/20–early December, Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM, with possible Saturday work. Amenities and beach access are not expected to be affected.
2br 2 bath in a 49 unit Beach front complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen-King size bed in master bedroom, queen and 1 twin in second bedroom. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

Great Stay

The location is perfectly convenient. Being right by the pool was great for the kids. Parking was right outside the door.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location . I can’t say enough about how perfect this is for adults and kids of all ages. Steps to the pool and the beach- we are able to come and go all day long without having to pack and load everything into a vehicle. The condo is a little outdated but very spacious and comfortable. The only thing that could make me never search for another vacation rental again is an in unit washer and dryer. The community laundry is not bad however the convenience of having one in the unit would make this absolutely perfect. This is our second stay here and we plan to come back!

Pure paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Cindy’s condo! The location could not be beat! The condo was super clean and the grounds were lovely! The pool was sparkling and the beach beautiful! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area! Lots of great restaurants close by and so convenient having a grocery store right across the street!

Location, location, location

We really enjoyed staying at this pet friendly condo! The beach was directly on the other side of the pool! Food store walking distance. Restaurants abundant! The sun, sand and sea, what more could you want?

Some time at the beach

This was our first time stay. We enjoyed having the swimming pool just outside of our rental and the ocean view was stupendous! The weather was cold and windy--but that is outside of the powers of our hosts. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, but we found the kitchen to be sell stocked and made most of our meals. Finally--our bed was very comfortable!

Great place, great view!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! There was plenty of room (family of 6) and the kitchen had pretty much anything we could have needed. It was very clean and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. The location was perfect. We were literally steps from the pool which was perfect for our 5 and 7 year old. Even when they preferred the pool to the ocean, we were able to enjoy the beautiful view. We definitely felt we were able to 'get away from it all' but were still very close to grocery store, restaurants etc which was great. We would stay here again in heartbeat--but stay longer, 5 days wasn't nearly long enough!!

Couple of issues were not addressed

These apartments are located right on the beach. It's a beautiful place to stay. We were in Unit 106 and there were some issues. The sound on the TV could not be increased. There were some dirty dishes in the cupboard. There was a dead lizard in the bedroom. We reported all this to Cindy but no word from her, and no action was taken

Did it’s purpose

My parents visited from Ny. My dad loves the beach. My uncle joined them and he is handicapped so they needed a first floor rental. Good space just really needs to be updated. Unfinished drywall projects, dirt on door frames feint door looks a mess and furniture needs to be updated. The “recliner” looked awful with fringes hanging and just looked dirty so no one wanted to sit on it. There were tv issues in the secondary bedroom which was addressed by purchasing a new tv. However, the tv was too big to be placed on the dresser so it went unused after all. It was an “ok” stay. Best part was being on the beach.

Perfect long weekend

We live less than an hour and a half away and wanted to get a long weekend at the beach. I specifically looked at this condo because it is ground level and we could walk right out to the pool deck. We’ve never had that before and carrying all our beach stuff or having to use the bathroom and going up and down an elevator after being at the beach all day is exhausting. This was absolutely perfect. It was on the pool deck but the pool is smaller in size and never got too loud. The walk to the beach is so incredibly close - just the other side of the pool and down some short stairs. Very convenient. The beach sand is soft and not full of broken shells. The beach is not at all overcrowded in this spot because there are no hotels and even the condos are not built as high over here and there is a big park area not far up so no building there. We were so pleased with how quiet and calm the beach was. Like we had it to ourselves. The condo was fine. We didn’t spend much time there. The only odd part was lack of laundry in the unit. It’s fine because we were only there for three nights and I guess they have laundry on-site but it would have been nice for cleaning towels and bathing suits. But the price was good so worth it for sure. Will stay again!

The location was just what i wanted- open up the sliding door and walk right out to pool, patio, and ocean. Ocean edge was 30 steps from pool deck at high tide! And when i needed a break from sun and heat, I sat on the couch and looked out at the pool and ocean in the air conditioning!

Family Time

We chose this location to celebrate my son turning 4, he just wanted to be at the beach. This was the perfect location! Delicious restaurants no more than 10 minutes away, such close proximity to the pool and beach. The kids and I never left the condo. There were even pool and beach toys for the kids to use. We would love to stay here again. Very kid friendly but I could also see us coming back with just friends.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed over Memorial Day and a few days after. Place was not crowded. Plenty of parking. Great view of pool and ocean from the living room. We have never been to Satellite Beach and we will definitely be coming back. Communication from the property manager was perfect! If you love a place at the beach with food options nearby and a quiet more peaceful stay I highly recommend this place! Building was older but very well kept and clean! Condo was super clean and very spacious for a family of 4.

Lovely stay, great location!

The condo is well appointed and well kept. All of the basics and more. The pool and the ocean are just steps out the door. We love the pool and were impressed with how clean it is. We stayed here to be near family for our grandson’s high school graduation. Perfect location. We hope to stay here again.
