An excellent experience from start to finish. The host was highly responsive, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. The entire house was bright, well-lit, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was perfectly organized and fully stocked, the bathrooms and showers worked great, the beds were very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Close to lots of shopping centers and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Gevork’s house is amazing. Very clean, packed to the gills with coffee and essentials and everything you need. He was very responsive, and the house had easy access, parking, and overall a great experience. I would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Gevork’s place! The home was spotless, modern, and offered plenty of space for our entire group to spread out and relax. Super comfortable setup with a great entertainment center for movies, blazing-fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. The large chef's kitchen and dedicated coffee bar made mornings and group meals effortless. The private backyard is truly an oasis! We spent our evening relaxing around the fire pit lounge, under the string lights. Safe, quiet neighborhood with spacious driveway parking. It was super convenient to jump on the freeway and reach Universal Studios and local spots in no time. Gevork was the best host, super responsive with seamless self-check-in. We would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay!! Great host!

Needed a place to stay in Los Angeles while visiting family. We were very impressed! Beautiful, clean, comfortable -inside and out! Host was very responsive, organized- would definitely stay there again and ‘rent’ with this host! Overall - awesome!

When we got to property after check in we noticed immediately that the beds linen was dirty and hair on linen also couches were also dirty. I FaceTime property owner to show him he also agreed and said he would get with cleaners. My wife had to wash all linen and clean couches.. definitely would not stay there again.

Great property near LA, excellence host

We had a great time. Our host was super responsive through the app when we needed something. Within half hour or less, I got a reply. Faucets were high end, everything was clean and as advertised and pictured. Amenities were new and brand name. Neighbors did not bother us. This place was within 5 mins from most everything and plenty of restaurants. Access was easy. Check in and out instructions were simple and easy. No hassel. Kitchen was clean and had all high end appliances. Very modern place. The gas outdoor burner was great for fireside entertainment.
