Spacious and close to McAdenville Christmas lights, Innerstate, shopping and restaurants

Return to the area every December for gift exchange with family. We are originally from the area, moved to the coast many years ago. Kids and friends still live in the area.

The hosts were quite attentive to things we needed. We pointed out some essentials needed in the kitchen and they provided a new set of eating utensils, pots and pans, a cutting board and drinking glasses.They need to upgrade the plates and bowls.The complaint from previous tenant about the uneven heat was solved with the HVAC contractor replacing the ventilation in one half the house.Overall, the house met our needs for a month long lease. We would recommend making the room next to the kitchen a dining area. The house could sleep 8 but the eating table only accommodates 4.

Our stay was very disappointing. The house only had heat in 2 rooms, which made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable. We reached out to the host multiple times, but they were unresponsive during our stay.On top of that, the property had multiple bugs and a noticeable lack of cleanliness, which made it feel poorly maintained and far below the standard advertised.We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope the host addresses these issues so future guests don’t have the same problems we did.
