Why they chose this property
The boxwood subdivision is a very prominent safe upscale location. There is a nice swimming pool available to all residents here.
What makes this property unique
It's in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac no traffic noise can be heard. The backyard opens to a forest with a stream.
