Hi... my name is Summer ShubertGilmer. I grew up in the wonderful town of Marshall, Mi and most of my family still lives in the area. My mother has owned and operated the amazing antique mall, Amazing Grace Antiques, for 24 years now, in downtown Marshall. I currently live in San Diego, CA with my 5 amazing kiddos and a plethora of pets. We love to travel and explore. We come back to stay in Marshall numerous times a year and love to stay in our home away from home, but we also love share it with others & to help make their stay in Marshall wonderful.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood has the best of both worlds. It is extremely quiet and safe, but you can walk to the downtown only 2 short blocks away.
What makes this property unique
It has ample space for a family or just to spread out and relax with 3 bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, full dining space, sitting room, & 3 season porch. The decor is truly original and decidedly tasteful. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. This is our 2nd home and is stocked and cared for accordingly.
