Islamorada cottage on deep water canal

Our cottage is set in a quiet neighborhood on a deep, clear, wide canal. Situated bayside at mile marker 89, there is a 61 foot concrete dock and room for up to a 30' boat. backwater fishing is a short boat ride and there is easy ocean access through both Tavernier Creek and Snake Creek. A boat ramp is available at nearby Founders Park. There are 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. The living room is large and airy with sliders opening to the back screened porch. The fenced private back garden has a lighted gazebo, water toys, bbq grill, bait freezer, swim ladder and platform.

Wonderful house, great location

Spacious house on a water channel, where we were able to see many different water wildlife right up close to the back yard. Amazing. Owners were always available if we had questions, Great communication. The house has everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. We will definitely recommend this house to others. We loved it. Thank you.

Wonderful keys property!

This place exceed our expectations! It’s actually more spacious than the photos portray, with ample closet/dresser space, counter space and laundry utility room. The outdoor area on the canal is a great place to hang out, and is full of wildlife from birds to nurse sharks to tarpon and even occasional manatees! We are boating and fishing people, and it was great to have a big outdoor ice machine and bait freezer. Also great extras for boating like bumpers,foam noodles, rope a more. There was space for our rental boat and nice big cleats for tying up. The screen porch is a great place to sip morning coffee or eat your fishing catch! We plan to return!
