Come see why this 11th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 11th floor coveted East corner with incredible views of both the Pass and the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms , 2 queen beds in the 4th bedroom and along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Wonderful spring break with grandchildren

The condo was everything we needed for a fun spring break. The grandkids loved the lazy river, water slide and the indoor pool at night. The proximity to the beach was very close with nice clean beach area. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy. We all loved sitting on the balcony with the comfortable furniture there. The condo is beautifully decorated. The grown ups and the children all had a great vacation.

Unit was clean and very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped except there was not a single pot holder in the whole unit. There were 11 of us and there weren't enough towels for all 11 to cycle through showers without having to do laundry and when on vacation, laundry constantly is not what you want to do. The bottom sheets felt awful, they were "pilly" is the best way I know to describe them. The top sheets were fine. The TV's were awful and there were instructions to contact the tv company directly with issues...again...on vacation and shouldn't have to do that. The master tv did not work 80% of the time. Overall we were pleased with the unit and the amenities.
