Bright and sparkling clean. It is located on the 3rd floor of a landmarked building with valet parking , 24/7 front desk, heated pool library/ game room, a spa , street level garden veranda , laundry room , two elevators. Surrounded by 7 restaurants , large supermarket, artisanal french bakery, italian gourmet deli with juice bar, luxury shopping and bike trails. A guest favorite.
**Strict No animals and No smoking policy. ***Parking is by Valet only . Valet parking is available on a first come first serve basis. There may be times during very busy periods when the Valet is at capacity and does not have parking spaces available. Property owner does not guarantee parking availability. Parking with the Valet is solely at renters own risk. Heads up: If you will be staying in town a car is not necessary. All dining, shops , grocery store and the beach are within short walking distance. Parking anywhere in town is limited and very expensive.
