With WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, large smart TV, dedicated Wifi and secluded outdoor patio grill area. Generous storage/closet space w/ comfortable king size bed. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, with full privacy screening. open to a sitting deck overlooking back yard. A unique & sheltered guest house ideally located close to hiking, bike trails, shopping & dining. Enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer in comfort & seclusion. Minimum term rental is 1 month. We welcome multi-month stays through October & November. No Pets please.
