This awesome retreat is perfect for families or friends looking to unwind, fish, hunt, or just enjoy a backyard fire. Fire pit with firewood is provided. Enjoy the convenience of easy access to boat landings, parks, beautiful scenic bluffs, and tranquil walks along the Mississippi River during your stay. This was the perfect spot for my sister, nephews & dog to stay while in Buffalo City for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for all of us, a big kitchen and comfortable rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

This place had everything we needed, responsive and generous hosts, close to multiple P5 boat landings. It’s clean, quiet, and it sleeps a bunch of people — absolute perfection. Plus 2 miles from the best cheese curds on the planet at the Northend restaurant in Cochrane. Honestly, easily worth staying just to grab some curds.

Very quick communication, easy check in. The place was beautifully decorated and extras for families with children. Wifi and television with many options. Kitchen and coffee bar well stocked with essentials. Comfortable beds and soft fluffy bath towels. Great air conditioning when hot and humid outside! I'd highly recommend this place for all ages from elderly to young families.
