The house was actually better than the listing. It served our needs perfectly and the host was incredible. We didn’t get to use the hot tub because it was rainy and cold but that’s not anything that could have been controlled. Would def return in the future.

Good Catskills Experience

A Catskills week long getaway that worked for the five of us to do the four tours we set out to do. We were blessed with good weather when we needed it. The house did have issues, but we adjusted. The hot tub was therapeutic for my sore ankles. The beds were comfortable, and all appliances worked. Yes there were annoying items such as the bathroom window would not open and only one bathroom.

Incredibly Unclean and Disappointing

Incrediblely disappointed in this house. Not only was it extremely unclean but there were multiple rats in the house as well as uncleaned rat feces on the kitchen counter, as well as the beds being dusty upon entry. Game area lacked most equipment that was shown and half of the amenities were closed and not diclosed till after the property was booked. Kitchen was claimed to be fully stocked however there was no serviceable pans and all pots were dirty. Additionally, there were no utensil. Host was responsive which was a plus but there was very little materials for cleaning and trash as well.
