Welcome to Palm Beach Shores on Singer Island, the best little town in Florida.

This fully furnished condo has everything you need to call it your home away from home during your stay.

Features 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a bath & shower.

Beautiful remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and custom cabinets. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need to cook delicious meals, or if you prefer, grill out on one of the 2 outdoor grills by the pool.

The heated outdoor pool is just steps away from the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. A wonderful way to enjoy the evening after a day at the beach.

Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony whilst listening to the waves roll in. There is no better way to start your day.

The area offers an variety of restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance.
The marina is a short 10 min walk, which is a must for everyone. Feed the tropical fish, shop, eat at the fabulous restaurants, visit the tikki bar, or simply just sit back and watch some of the incredible yachts come and go.

We know you will enjoy your stay and will want to come back. It truly is a wonderful place to stay.

The beach is popular with nesting sea turtles. You may be fortunate enough to witness a sea turtle nesting or baby turtles hatching. There are 3 species of sea turtles that nest on the beach that's right in front of the condo: Loggerhead, the Leatherback, and the Green Sea Turtle.

Owner excellent, property all that we hoped for, building staff specially friendly and helpful. The residents and the renters in the Mayan were an added plus and enhanced our stay. A beautiful space and gets a 5 star rating from both of us.

First VRBO experience was a success

Thr location and amenities were better than expected. The owner was a breeze to deal with and definitely sets a high bar if we ever have to do this again. I would recommend this property to anyone...unless we need to use it again!!

First time on Atlantic side. Our stay at Mayan Towers was great! First time I’ve ever rented where the refrigerator was spotless! We enjoyed the pool and the beach! Could walk to many restaurants and happy hours! Randall was very easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Hoping to go back!

Beautiful Condo in a perfect location walking distance to restaurants and bars. The beach has beautiful water and sand. The condo was very secure and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Great time at Mayan Towers!

The condo was well appointed, clean and had all the amenities. We enjoyed going to the beach, swimming in the pool and hanging out at the local restaurants in Singer Island. Nice quiet building with friendly residents. Would definitely visit again!

Great Location

Well appointed unit with all the electronics and furnishings. Owner easy to deal with. He immediately sent a repairman when air conditioning unit acted up. However, beaware there is a lengthy process and a lot of paperwork required by the condominium association before your allowed to occupy the unit. Musty smell in unit dropped rating on cleanliness. Owner plans to look into this issue in more detail before next season.

Not quite as expected

After spending many winters in the area, we've come to love this location. The condo building is well maintained with a large pool and patio, steps to a beautiful beach and walking distance to some fun, casual restaurants. The unit itself, however, was rather cluttered and outdated. The main living room had such bulky furniture that there was no room for even a coffee table. The owners advertised sleeping for 6 which is deceiving since the extra, blow ups have no floor space to sleep that many people comfortably. Having said that, the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. The pillow top is not enough support and the foam insert and plastic absorb heat. The kitchen and baths were updated and well equipped. We felt that the owners were not forthcoming in alerting us of the concrete restoration at the building directly across from our balcony. As a result, there was constant drilling 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, limiting the time enjoying the balcony. The project began months ago giving us enough time, had we been informed, to reconsider plans at this place.

We love Singer Island and this condo was perfect for us. However, when we were looking for a unit we asked about the mattress as my husband has a very bad back. We were informed the mattress would be upgraded to a pillow top Sealy Postopedic mattress. My husband complained about the mattress but I informed him it was an upgraded pillow top mattress. He complained daily about the mattress. To my surprise upon leaving, I stripped the linens and mattress cover only to find a very old, worn out, very stained mattress. This couldn't have been an upgrade. The only thing I can say is I was very disappointed on the deceitfulness of the owner. If they would get a new mattress in the master bedroom it would be a nice unit.

Ginny, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your husband wasn’t happy with the mattress. We understand that everyone has their own preference for how soft or how firm they prefer their mattress. We had hoped that since your son had done the walk through and had sat on the bed and had given an OK to the softness, that you would also like it. But alas, that was not the case. We did ensure that there was a firmer mattress in the second room – to try to cover the spectrum. The mattress you slept on certainly has superficial issues, and we don’t dispute that. However, it is structurally sound and an upgraded model. We have slept on it before and after your stay and we find it to be very comfortable. While I agree that it is ‘dingy’ from the cheap navy sheets that were on it originally – along with scuff marks on the sides from the movers, I would disagree that it is ‘old and worn out’. We made sure that it has a cover, a plastic cover and a soft sheet on top of the plastic to cut down on any crinkling and then sheets on top of that. We did check in with you during your stay, and the feedback was positive and you had said that the bed was comfortable. If you had any issues during your stay, we would have gladly address them. That is the promise we make to all our guests. In any event, we are in the process of replacing the mattress which will be completed shortly. Most of the other furniture was brand new as of December. We welcome you and your family back, and we’re confident that you will be pleased with the completely new bedding.
