“The Palms” This wonderful ground-level condominium no stairs located on and facing the Earman William River waterway located in the wonderful Village of North Palm Beach Florida. This wonderful condominium is located on 20 minutes north of Palm Beach International Airport. “The Palms” is also only located 10 to 15 minutes from several wonderful beaches dinning and shopping. World class golf tennis and fishing only mins away. Sit back and relax with this fully furnished one bedroom one bathroom condominium. From your patio enjoy birds diving for bait fish and manatees grazing on the seagrass beds on the steps from your patio. Or short few steps to our large 50,000 gallon pool. My condominium complex is a 44 unit complex where it feels like family very quiet no kids to be seen or heard from. The conveniences of Publix grocery store CVS and Walgreens only three minutes away. I am also very proud owner of the “River House” here on Homeaway listing # 4673330 The number one comment I guess leave is that they’re amazed how quit the area is and how clean and convenient . So for those who love spring training baseball come The Palm Beach baseball training facility is only 15 to 20 minutes away. For those who are just sick and tired of the cold weather please come down and enjoy all the wonderful beaches the Palm Beach County has to offer. For those who just want to get away with a loved one or friend please come. Myself my wife and son will welcome you with open arms and Exceed your expectations at

We were in town for a family wedding and this property was so much better than staying in a hotel. It had plenty of beautifully decorated space for my husband and I, and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We went to the pool four times and always had it to ourselves. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided made it easy to spend a day at Juno Beach. We really appreciated the groceries Chad stocked in the refrigerator...it meant we didn't have to rush off to the grocery store (Publix is 5 minutes away) upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Palms and had a wonderful time. Chad is a great host and the unit and its amenities were exactly as de scribed. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch enjoying the view and the weather. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

I was born and raised in the US Virgin Islands and have traveled throughout my life and found what I was looking for and that's hosting guest and giving back all that travels have given me over the years so I partnered up with my best friend developed Serenity Vacation Villas all located in the Virgin island. So I am taking a leap into it with my very own one bedroom condo in North Palm Beach last year 2018 it's been a great experience success! I've taken all my knowledge over the years from the properties and the last year with my first one bedroom I currently own in the same building I'm very excited to turn another chapter.

This property is situated In a graphically perfect area located in the city of North Palm Beach Florida on the Southwind Drive peninsula which interconnects the river with the Intercoastal in active boating waterways. This one bedroom 730 ft.² condominium located on the bottom floor of the building facing it quite charming Marina and multimillion-dollar Villas across the way with excellent sunrise and sunset every morning and afternoon. The condominium with coastal Caribbean living designs light colors in mind. This wonderful condo located in North Palm Beach off of Northlake Boulevard it's only 10 minutes to Juno beach and minutes from Palm Beach Gardens mall for shopping dining and some entertainment and approximately 15 minutes to Jupiter for dining shopping on the water's edge. Coastal living at its best bike riding swimming sailing fishing are all available for a short minute drive. Publics Walgreens CVS My neighboring necessities break close by
