1100 sq. ft loft with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, granite counters, stainless appliances, master bedroom en-suite and tree filled courtyard. Small animals considered.

My place is Downtown, close to Old Town, the Sunport Airport, Nob Hill, and the University of New Mexico. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Relax in the living room with wide screen TV, catch some sleep in the master bedroom with a queen bed, and unwind in the jetted bathtub. This peaceful retreat also offers a library room with a comfy futon & air-mattress for extra convenience. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, and AC during your stay. We have an attached garage that can fit small/midsize cars and plenty of free street parking. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The silver lofts in downtown Albuquerque is a wonderful location! Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment that downtown has to offer. Short drive to Oldtown, Nobhill, University, and a quick trip to the airport.
