In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, a sunroom, and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

This first-floor Tennis Club Villa has been beautifully renovated to open up the kitchen and living room as well as convert the screened porch into a sunroom. The serene colors and well-appointed furnishings nicely complement the villa’s coastal location. The light-filled living room features a queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sunroom provides a cozy sitting area as well as a desk and chair for anyone needing to do a little work while on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen offers a bar with two stools, white cabinetry and appliances against dark granite countertops, and a dining area.

The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom provides two full beds, flat-screen TV, and access to the hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation..

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

We love Kiawah

Very clean, well organized, comfy beds. Nicely decorated and attractive. Well stocked kitchen. Short bike ride to the beach. Right by the tennis center. Our family of 5 had a great time here for a week. Kiawah is beautiful.

Quiet; fine landscaping. Enjoyed biking the trails despite the heat & humidity. While we thoroughly enjoyed the beach we would have enjoyed access to a swimming pool. Cleanliness was unacceptable. Dryer poor condition as was dishwasher. Not enough place settings, both China and silverware; only 4. Closets full of owner’s stuff,nasty bedding. Poor lighting. Never felt comfortable nor clean. Will never rent again.

Good stay close to tennis center.

Overall great! Nice and clean! Located not far from the beach access about 16 min walk. Would be nice to have a little more information how to access the beach. Few things to improve: wash mashing had mold in it not pleasant at all. Stayed two nights and wasn’t able to get our beach gear/bike credit… there was no explanation in our email or on website that we have to order gear prior of arrival, no contact information of the company that handles gear credit. We arrived at 5pm called the company left message they were closed. They never called us back,next morning when we called again they informed us that we should have ordered our gear prior of arrival and we had no idea because no instructions was given about that..

Stay Away

Property smelled like smoke dead cockroaches barely swept under the couches. Black mold in the washer and dryer at pictures and video to prove it. Poor communication with property management where are the days to get issues resolved so we called with an hours about. They never apologized and never try to make it financially right but rather argued and negotiated. Stinky dirty bad.

I do see that our team was in contact hoping to look into options to rectify the issue including having the washer cleaned. With it being the holiday, we did not have any units available to move you into for the remainder of your stay. Unfortunately, I do have to disagree that we did not apologize or try to make it financial right, as we did provide a refund of all unused nights once you decided to depart early, completely disregarding our cancellation policies. I am pleased to advise that 27 other guests before and after your booking did not have the same experiences, so this seems to have been an isolated incident.

Great place but have a few caveats

First- the town is horrible- they are racists who will not acknowledge that slavery even happened. Anyway... on to the review! The place was very clean. The pictures are a good indication of the unit EXCEPT there is no sunroom. Technically I guess you can call the back wall a sunwall because it is mostly glass but when you tell me you have a sunroom I think of a small room that is 3 wall glass with a nice couch or comfy reading chair that I could relax in. This was not that- it was 3 windows on a butt-out of the unit. IF they had decorated differently I would not have been upset. I was really looking forward to relaxing with my iPad to read in their sunroom- didn't happen. Some said the master bed was uncomfy but I did not find that to be true. While it is not a top of the line bed- it is a rental and I felt fine sleeping on it- it is a very hard mattress but nothing was wrong with it. Other than the sunroom, the unit was as described. The bathroom in the master is quite large and they have a safe for you to use as well. Check out: the hanging tree, the angel tree.and the city market at night. We took a sunset cruise and a horse and carriage ride. The place is nice the city is not...

The enclosed patio / sunroom area was very nice and made the unit feel extra spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed.Akers Ellis was very responsive about the only issue we ran into - none of the TVs were smart TVs (we had hoped to watch something on Netflix or another streaming service) and we didn't have an HDMI cable to hook up our laptops. There was a DVD/VCR unit, so we went to rent some Redbox movies, but found that the DVD player was broken (we hooked it up to all 3 TVs in the unit). Akers Ellis was awesome and delivered an HDMI cable to us. It did not work on the TV in the main living area, but we were able to get it to work in the second bedroom. Not a deal breaker for a short visit, but it was nice to be able to be set up for a family movie night for our week-long stay.

Tennis Club Villas

The mattresses need to be replaced . The appliances need to be replaced. There needs to be overhead lights and/or fans in bedrooms . Smoke detectors beeped all night one evening until replaced. There were small bugs in the house. Upon arrival there was a note that our dryer door would be fixed , they never came to repair the dryer. We have vacationed numerous times , honestly , over 30 times . I did not enjoy your property. For the cost of the Trip , I felt the value was not there.
