This is a beautiful condo with lots of space. The condo is very clean, well maintained, and features plenty of amenities. You'll have a side-view of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony. This newly updated two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The condo sleeps up to six people. Washer and dryer are included. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bath containing a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For families with infants and toddlers, cribs and highchairs can be provided free of charge (upon request).

The beach towel machine is located in the lobby and is accessible with your unique key wristband which is provided during check-in. Beach towels are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach by a private vendor (hours of operation may vary). Vendor does take reservations in advance and fills up fast. Information can be provided for booking in advance, please inquire.

The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. The convenient location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL.

The property features a large Outdoor Pool, Outdoor jacuzzi, Sauna, Poolside Tiki bar, Fitness Center, onsite Restaurant, Tennis, Basketball, Pool Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Complimentary Parking, and Wi-Fi. Nearby you can enjoy surfing, golfing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing and Kennedy Space Center just to name a few!

This condo rental offers a great vacation getaway which can be as active or as relaxing as you choose to make it.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Room assignments for guests of owners will be done according to the time/date they were booked. The units will be assigned the morning of check-in day by the Front Desk. Until 10 am the desk is busy with check outs and day passes. Owner units have priority for high floors. You can register anytime after 10 am. They will call your cell phone when your assigned room is ready. If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. Day passes can be obtained starting at 8 am.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. Summer holiday stay

We had no issue with our stay. The condo was just as it was described and very cozy. We had a nice view of the Kenney space station launch area and of the ocean . The beach access was very close and the pool was great as well.

Great stay!

Fantastic beach access, staff was attentive and courteous. Living space was large and everything needed was provided. Pool was nice but often crowded. Restaurants, stores, ice cream very close. Would come back.

Perfect way to end our family vacation!

We started our trip in Orlando for 6 days and ended it in Cocoa Beach at this wonderful condo! We had 3 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for all of us! The pool is amazing and the beach was VERY clean and beautiful! We were so impressed the minute we arrived that we tried to extend our stay, however it didn't work with our flights. Highly recommend staying here!

Spring Break Softball Trip

We stayed at the resort / condo while our daughter's college softball team played in Florida. We were very impressed with the cleaniliness and the warm hospitality of everyone. Beach chairs and umbrellas were ready for our daughter and teammate to use on their day with families. The value of the rental was very worth it! We will look to rent again next year!

We loved the resort. The pool is fun for kids, pool bar and staff were great. I sure miss the guacamole! Only complaint would be that i paid for an ocean view, I had no ocean view on the 3rd floor. I did see other friends rooms on the 6th and 7th floors, both had views.

Awesome choice

Booked this at last minute for spring break. Couldn’t have done better if I had planned six months ahead. The resort had something for everyone of any age. Staff was awesome. Everything in the unit was thoughtful and all was well organized. The beach is great because it’s shallow quite away out. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place (minus construction)

We stayed on the property twice, before and after our cruise (all together 10 nights) All in all we had a nice time. Just wish someone would have given us a heads up in regards to construction going on both on the inside and outside of the building.

Replied June 14, 2018. Thank you for your review. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. I apologize that you were not given advance notice about the lobby renovation. It had been noted in the house rules but you had booked before I had been informed about the renovation. I dropped the ball by not catching this and informing you about it. I will do my best to ensure that it will not happen again to future guests. Regarding the renovation itself, the resort manager has said that it has no impact on any of the resort amenities and there is no noise heard within the condos or at the poolside. The only impact is when you are walking through the lobby. The renovations are expected to be completed by August.

Barely can see the ocean. Both bedrooms are on the hallway so very noisy. Way too expensive for view and no peace.

Great place for families.

Wonderful staff, perfectly clean and well stocked unit. Beds were comfortable, never ran out of hot water, and had all the conveniences of home. Pool was warm and beautiful, hot tub was great as was the private access to the beach. Loved the love music by the pool. Even if we weren't at the pool we kept our door open to hear the music from our unit. We enjoyed the restaurant on site and the activities and amenities for children. The only negative thing was the arcade, many of the games didn't work. Would highly recommend staying here and we will return in the future.

When we checked into the property we were not greeted with welcoming faces. They checked us in and that was it. No friendly greeting, no information about the resort (other than the rules). We were not able to take full advantage of the facilities due to a family member illness so I cannot comment on the property as a whole. The room was nice and fit our family of 5 nicely. It was helpful there was a washer/dryer so we could get all laundry clean.

They cleanest property I have ever stayed at!! The staff is warm and inviting!

Overall it was great with no complaints. I did read about requesting a room with a view early on the day of check in....I forgot, so we all we got was a view of the dunes and trees.

Probably the best vacation ever!

Our vacation in Cocoa Beach was amazing!!!! Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and helpful. The condo was beautiful, with SO many fun things to do. The beach and pool was gorgeous and so relaxing. We felt very safe there! This was definitely a vacay for the books…..probably the best ever!!!!!!! We WILL be back!!!!

This is a great place

Loved the ocean view and being right in the midst of Ochoa Beach. The location and people were great. There was nothing far from the location which made it helpful with our family of 5. Spacious, clean, and the amenities were more than expected. Weight room was well stocked with a sauna. Theater room played quality movies. There is a sports equipment locker to play basketball or other games. The pool was large enough not to be bothered by other patrons. The pool bar was stocked and gave us great deals. Parking was plentiful. Great place in general, thank you for letting us stay!
