Artsy 2BD/2BA House Near DU
This ranch style home in Wellshire/University Hills, located on a safe and quiet residential street, has everything you need to feel at home. Within walking distance to coffee shops, 2 grocery stores and several restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen, open dining area, 2 bed/2 bath, plus a bonus lounge area with a queen size bed. Fully fenced private backyard with outdoor seating. Minutes to DU, and I-25. Off street guest parking. Original artwork throughout. Great vibes and friendly neighbors!
Attached to the house is a studio apartment with a separate entrance occupied part-time by the caretaker of the property. There are no shared spaces to the apartment and a main (guest) portion of the house, which allows for complete guest privacy.
House features 2 bedrooms with king size bed each and additional queen size bed in the sunroom. Master bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. Second bathroom has walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and small appliances.
Guest are free to use full sized washer and dryer.
Gas grill available in the backyard.
We allow house trained, well behaved dogs. We don't allow cats. The pet fee is $15 per dog per day.
There is an inground pool in the backyard that has a newer safety cover on it. The pool is permanently closed. Although the cover is rated to support more than the weight of dogs, we recommend having your pets and children attended at all times.
