Bright and open Wintergreen 4 bedroom 3 full bath home perfectly situated close to the top of the mountain. Gorgeous breathtaking mountain and valley views from the house, multi-level deck, with hot tub. Sleeps 10 with large harvest dining table, two-story family room and a separate rec room in the basement. A large upper deck with casual seating around the propane fire pit table. Plus a separate picnic table and propane gas grill. A single car garage w/ping pong table.

This is a wonderful home. Perfect location with great views. The home is very clean, organized and welcoming. We had a small issue with the locks and the owner and manager reacted in record timing. I would highly recommend.

Perfect mountain escape

We had the best trip in the mountains. The roads were well plowed from the snow earlier in the week but there was still snow to play in on Saturday morning on the property. The house was located a quick trip from the main lodge and market. Kitchen was well stocked for our meal preparations which we appreciated since it was rainy most of our time there. The kids love the two story layout for their play time and the adults enjoyed the multiple kings areas. We didn’t get to spend time on the upper deck due to the weather but the cover hot tub was perfection. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the board games available in the den. Our 7 year olds beat us at trivia pursuit! Looking forward to a return trip next year.

We love the Wintergreen resort with the beauty of God's masterpiece that is on display everyday all 4-seasons. The hiking, fishing, skiing, golfing and all the wineries, breweries and great eateries throughout the area are why we purchased this home. Sharing it with others whether it's family, friends or hopefully soon to be friends is our privilege.

Why they chose this property

We had been searching for years as we knew we wanted mountains but we also knew we wanted water. When we found Lake Monocan on the Wintergreen property we knew that we had found the right place.

What makes this property unique

The fact that the community is a TRUE 4-season community was important to us. The next step was finding the right home and when we saw the upscale fit and finish the prior owners had put into this home, along with the views being on the mountainside. It just felt right. The fact that there is multiple levels of decks, a basement with livable square footage and a garage was a big plus. Then the comfort of the sizes of the bedrooms, the living room, loft and the separate rec room really just was the icing on the cake. WE LOVE IT!
