Located on the 3rd floor, this beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath villa offers stunning views of the community pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, it’s ideally located within the Barrington community. It provides direct beach access, a sparkling pool, and a large pavilion with ample seating for outdoor enjoyment.

The fully remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It features high-top seating for two that opens to the spacious dining and living areas. The dining room comfortably seats six, perfect for family meals or entertaining. The living room boasts wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that bring abundant natural light and panoramic pool and ocean views.

Step outside onto the large private balcony to enjoy outdoor dining at the table or lounge on the chaise for a perfect evening sunset. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, direct access to the balcony, a spacious closet, and a vanity area. The en-suite bathroom has been thoughtfully renovated, showcasing a floating modern vanity and a large, tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom, located near the kitchen, is furnished with two twin beds, an HDTV, and convenient access to the guest bathroom, which features a tub and shower combination.

This villa combines modern upgrades with ocean views. It is located in a community that offers beach access, a pool, and a pavilion, ensuring the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure on Hilton Head Island!

Awesome location and plenty of beach

Great place to stay, location is nice, the beaches are clean. Tons of shopping and restaurants. Weather is hot in July but there is pools and ocean to cool you off. The only things I wish is that the rental place came with chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Hilton Head and stayed for four nights. Our check in process was quick. The unit was spotless and we had more start up supplies than we were expecting (shampoo, hand soap in the bathrooms, two rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms.) Loved the location, an easy walk to the beach and the view was fantastic. My only complaint which is very minor: the building only had one elevator and there was a wait for the elevator when we first arrived, as several other families were also arriving. If we ever return to HH, I would definitely rent this unit again.

The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the view from the balcony very much.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is decorated beautifully and looks very updated. The only thing in need of repair is the dryer door, it is almost impossible to close. The poolside bathroom could use some cleaning especially on days that are crowded. We will definitely return and would absolutely rent this condo again!!
