WHAT's NEW-- INFINITY OCEANFRONT POOL IS OPEN. PHOTO BELOW.-- NEW KING MATTRESS IN MASTER BEDROOM. The Villamare Oceanfront complex is located between the Hilton and Marriott Hotels on one of the finest beaches on Hilton Head. The complex has beautiful grounds, barbecue area, an oceanfront pool and hot tub. There is also an indoor pool, sauna, and expanded exercise activity room.

Our unit, 1203 Villamare, has two bedrooms and two full baths and offers superb direct ocean views. The living area has comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper, and looks directly out to the ocean with direct access to a balcony with table and chairs. Additionally, a 42” Visio LCD TV.

Just behind the living room is the dining area with table and seating for six. There is also breakfast counter with two stools. Behind that is the full kitchen and laundry area. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, dinnerware, cookware and utensils. The laundry area has a small stacked washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed (new Mattress)and private bath with large soaking tub. The guest bedroom has two double beds and private bath. Both bedrooms have TVs and balcony access. The size of the unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft.

COMPLEX: Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Small Gym, Indoor and Outdoor Hot Tubs, Sauna, Charcoal Barbecue, Lounge Chairs, Covered Parking, Elevators and Gated 24 hour Security.

THE HARDEST THING IS DECIDING WHAT TO DO NEXT! There are canoe and bike rentals, tennis, Pickle Ball, golf, fine dining and night clubs all within walking distance. Paved pathways make jogging or biking more enjoyable as well as safe. Boat and wave runner rentals are available at many locations on the Island. Wildlife refuges, dolphin cruises, horseback riding and fishing along with countless shops, factory outlets and restaurants are also available.

Had a wonderful stay!! Have stayed at villamere many times and this was by far the best location!!! Easy access to grill beach and pool. Could easily run back and forth from condo to beach if needed!!Will stay again!

This condo has an excellent view of the ocean. We've stayed here twice and we'll stay again. The interior is very clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful in the booking process and was extremely prompt when we had a question during our stay.

Great location and complex

We loved our stay!! The complex is so nice and the location could not be better!!! The condo had everything we needed and ample space. The decor is a little dated and some stains on the two queen bed comforters, but otherwise, great place!!

Great Hilton Head vacation spot

We've vacationed at Hilton Head/Palmetto Dunes on numerous occasions and Ron's place is the best for ocean views and beach/pool convenience. Feeding the turtles in the ponds is a special treat for the grandkids. Easy check-in and had absolutely no issues during our week stay.

Great Location and Comfortable for Family

We loved the location, the pools and the beach. The new BBQ area was a great bonus, too. Ron was a good communicator. The only thing I would add is room darkening shades/curtains in the bedrooms (very bright in the morning). We would definitely stay at Villamare and rent from Ron again.

Perfect Family Vacation spot!

We had a great time at this condo! It was nice and spacious, bigger than I expected from the photos! Each room has a big tub and shower (from the pictures I thought the tub was only in the master). Perfect location as it is on the second floor, not too far from the elevator and stairs either!The complex is a great set up with very nice pools and a hot tub! We were too busy exploring the beach and family pool to find the indoor pool, hot tub or fitness center. Nice grilling area and a beautiful garden between the buildings with friendly turtles! (My kids LOVED feeding the turtles lettuce).I would say that this unit is perfect for a family with kids of any ages!

Great Ocean View

Perfect location, perfect for families

We came down for my 6 yo spring break. Grandparents loved it and my son enjoyed bouncing around from the beach to the pool to the hot tub and the indoor pool/hot tub. Plenty to do and nice new amentities. Unit is dated but clean. New bedding would help to spruce it up. Overall we loved it and would stay there again. Host was quick to respond to our needs.

What a great place!

We are so happy to have found this fabulous villa! We loved the view from the patio, right above a pond. The 2nd floor level was the perfect amount of steps and the location in the complex was ideal - right near pool, bike racks, elevators, exercise building and of course the beach! All communication was handled promptly. The villa itself was perfect for the 2 of us for 3 weeks! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will look forward to returning next year!

We have people in Hilton Head and would have brought them to her right away. As far as the bathrooms are concerned. We have not had complaints before but will speak to our cleaner to see what could be done.

B-A-D! Villamare is shown as luxury condominiums- WRONG! From the moment you walk in you know things are off- the mix and match furniture, sticky flowers, carpet stains, smell of mold, mattresses from 1960, dirty pots and pans put back in cabinets and shower in one bathroom was child size. Safe your money and go elsewhere!!

Clean👍🏻Except the sheets on the fold out sofa were dirty and balled up . We Found a set of clean sheets and put them on. Not their fault, but the elevator was broken when we got there and it took hours to get somebody there to fix it. Normally not a big deal but since I’m disabled it was a big deal. There were some things broken in the condo. We could only use one shower because the handle is broken in the other shower and laying on the shelf. There was no way to turn it on or off. They were busted blinds and doors. Definitely needed updated. But happy it was clean !

We are glad the guests enjoyed their stay. We wish that they would have brought the two broken items and sheets to our attention. We could have taken care of it immediately. I spoke to the guests several times during their stay and they never mentioned it. Unfortunately we have no control over the elevator. That is a Villamare regime issue.This is the first over a number of years that this has happened.

Concerns

The condo was very nice. It had a great ocean view and the furnishings were comfortable. Our issue of concern was having workers enter the condo while we were staying there. My mother and I went for a walk on the beach one morning and when we returned, there were some men in the condo who said they were there to measure the cabinets for a replacement. We were not informed of this and we feel that workers should never be allowed in while renters are there. Apparently, this had also happened during the previous week because the workers stated that they had walked in on two women the week before. Obviously, this brings up many safety concerns. My husband was furious and we were all uncomfortable that others had the code to the place we were staying. For this reason, we would never rent this condo again.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication that led to this occurrence. We are planning a remodel of the kitchen at 1203 Villamare and needed some measurements so that materials could be ordered for the work that is scheduled for early April. The workers needed access to the unit and were told that the guests had been notified when in fact they had not been. The guests called me immediately and I verified that the workers were legitimate and apologized for the miscommunication stating they should have been notified and had the option of denying entry and the taking of measurements would have been postponed at their request. That is our normal policy. Once again I apologize to the guests. This is the first time something like this has ever happened and the lock combination has been changed. I am glad that the guest at least enjoyed the condo and am very sorry that this miscommunication occurred.

Fun in the sun

We enjoyed our stay at 1203 Villamare. Ron was an awesome host. We were in walking distance of the beach, pool, local dining and just a short ride to shopping. Our 1 year olds had a blast. Hilton Head has become our new favorite spot. Looking forward to return in the future!

Palmetto Dunes

This property is located on Palmetto Dunes Beach. The gardens and pool and view from this unit were awesome. The fitness center is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return 👍
