The dining and living areas are just beyond the kitchen, all with oceanfront views. The dining area comfortably seats six guests. The living area consists of an HDTV, ample comfortable furniture and a large slider out to your private oceanfront balcony! A sleeper sofa is here as well.

The primary bedroom is on the left side of the condominium and features a king bed, HDTV and a newly renovate primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has been gorgeously updated with a custom floor-to-ceiling tile shower!

On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is nicely done with its custom-tiled tub and shower combination.

Please Note: Cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Work will begin in November and is expected to take several months, likely extending through March 1, 2026, depending on weather conditions and any other unforeseen circumstances. Also, extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. Please understand that there is no set schedule regarding the timeline on when each unit will be affected throughout the process. This project will apply to the Barrington Court Building only.
