Roku sticks on every TV (living room and each bedroom). Crisp hardwood floors in the living area downstairs. Gas grill on the back patio overlooks the 10th green of the George Fazio golf course. Ideal sleeping arrangements for a family or multiple couples. Pullout sofa. The end corner unit location brings unmatched natural lighting into the villa. Private deck is ideal for grilling or relaxing with family and friends. Short walk to George Fazio clubhouse and the famous Alexander’s Restaurant & Wine Bar. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice to get away. Location was nice, service from palmetto dunes rentals is excellent. Rented 204 Turnberry. Location was nice and unit was clean. Downside was the at it was a bit dated, needs new carpet and a few upgrades for the price we paid.
