Rooftop Terrace & Private Pool
Your fourth-floor terrace is a rooftop oasis, offering breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the Intracoastal while lounging in your private plunge pool with a drink in hand. Comfortable seating in the sun or shade, a dining area for sun or star-lit meals, a Weber gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a nearby beverage centre ensure your time outdoors is as relaxing as it is luxurious.

Beachside Bliss
Just steps from your front door, enjoy the white sands and turquoise waters of Hollywood’s secluded North Beach. Lifeguards patrol the area during the day, and an outdoor beach shower makes rinsing off easy. The Villa comes fully equipped with beach chairs, towels, parasols, cooler bags, boogie boards, toys, and a beach cart to transport it all effortlessly.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
With four large bedrooms and four full baths, the Villa comfortably accommodates four couples or two families. Two first-floor bedrooms can be configured with either king beds or twin beds and share a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, two spacious master suites—north and south facing—feature walk-in closets, 60-inch TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with double sinks, deep soaking tubs, and walk-in showers. The south-facing master also offers a private balcony. All bedrooms feature high-end mattresses and luxurious Frette linens for a restful night’s sleep.

Living & Entertaining Spaces
The third floor hosts the open-concept heart of the home: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room bathed in natural light. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch), an enormous granite island, and ample seating for casual gatherings. The dining area expands to host large groups, and a balcony offers a shaded spot to enjoy morning coffee while watching the sun sparkle on the waves.

this property is amazing for the actual building and neighborhood. It has everything you need from the kitchen to roof deck. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to be in a very relaxing place. And a block to the beach without having to cross a busy street.

Amazing Beach Home

This was our second stay at this amazing home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach—and the layout of the house is ideal for family gatherings. Alexandra is an incredible host who pays attention to every detail to ensure your stay is special. The home is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful amenities. The beds are very comfortable, and the entire space feels warm and welcoming. We can’t say enough great things about this home and look forward to returning in the future.

Family Friendly!

The house was large, equipped with a private pool and rooftop terrace, ocean views, short walk to beach and many attractions, and came fully stocked with toys for kids, laundry needs, kitchen, and grilling. It was perfect for our family of 7 with room to spare.

Great Home

This is a terrific home mere steps from the beach. The home is simply beautiful with an elevator, roof top deck with a pool. The owner is a very nice person and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation fantastic.

Beautiful property in a peaceful location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property for our family of 4 generations. Four nice bedrooms (3 with ensuites). Large family room/kitchen gathering area was so convenient so that everyone was able to be together. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we could want. Two minutes from beach on quiet road felt very safe. Host was always available and followed up for any additional requirements. Very highly recommended.

Exceptional family vacation home

We’ve spent many VRBO vacations in beautiful locations and accommodations. I doubt we could find any better situation than this beautiful home. A total of 4 adults/2 young girls were thrilled with not only the house being located just a few houses from a beautiful, quiet beach but the layout of 4 floors. Plenty of room for individual privacy or family time. Plus the 4th floor has an incredible view of both the Atlantic and the Intercoastal while soaking in the pool. The beds are so comfortable with fine linens. There are so many attributes. The reviews are a 10/10 for a reason. And a true bonus is one of the delightful owners, Alexandra. Authentically lovely person!

Highly Recommend!!

This home is beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed and then some! The beds are comfortable with high quality linens. Bathrooms are luxurious and spacious with walk in showers and an amazing soaker tub. The kitchen had everything we needed with high end appliances and room for all to enjoy. The rooftop area and pool are amazing and offer great views with comfortable seating for relaxing. Alexandra is a wonderful host. She was available for questions and suggestions from the time we booked. She is very thoughtful and welcoming! Thank you so much for our fantastic stay! We hope to be back soon!

Top Notch from the begining to end

Everything about this place including the owner was amazing. We even joked that the silverware was high end. Amazing beds. Great TV's, SUPER clean, cute welcome basket. We were only 3 but this place could hold a ton of people easily. We will make this our spot each year we go back to Hollywood. Get to jimbos for oysters around the corner...

Perfection!

This was our second consecutive summer vacation spent at this beautiful and luxurious home!! This stunning property welcomes you in with every detail. It is spacious and we had plenty of room as a family of 6, including our 4 adult children. Each bedroom is decorated so nicely, and the beds are so comfortable! The home was absolutely spotless when we arrived and everything you need is already thought of and there. The kitchen is huge and is well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals. Some days, we spent drinking coffee on the balcony just off of the kitchen. I can't say enough about how lovely the neighborhood is and how much we enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It is merely steps to the sun and sand. Alexandra and Rob are the perfect hosts! Communication through the entire booking process was clear and thorough. The hosts made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. Oh, and the rooftop...wow!! The views from up there are amazing and it is a comfortable and beautiful space to spend time! I could go on and on, because this home is a stunner! We had the perfect second summer, enjoying everything about it! I hope to return again in the near future! Thank you again to Alexandra and Rob!!

Perfect home with the perfect location.

We absolutely LOVED every minute of our stay. What you see in the photos doesn’t even do it justice. The home was clean and just so cozy! Perfectly set up for families. Space for everyone to have some quiet time but also space to enjoy each other’s company. Spent many night just hanging out playing games in the open kitchen and living room and a few on the roof top just enjoying the view. We took our kids, nieces and nephews not one complaint and that’s a hard task with teenagers and a pre teen!! We are a beach family so it was trips multiple times daily. Having the convenience of everything in the home and a short distance to walk was perfection. It’s very peaceful location as well. Not crowded at all!! For sure will be visiting again.

Immaculate Beach Villa

We stayed in this amazing beach villa with our adult children and their partners for 6 nights. The house is so amazing that I could have just stayed in everyday enjoying the spacious and very tastefully decorated home and roof top terrace. The kitchen and main room are so spacious and we enjoyed catching up and playing board games. Everyone felt pampered and had a beautiful time. So much attention to detail has been put into every element of this house and it is equipped with all you could ever need. The beach is steps away and is out of this world, peaceful, clean and goes on forever. The more lively Hollywood beach is a pleasant walk away and we enjoyed making our way out there on occasion, to enjoy the lively scene there. There truly was something for everyone. Alexandra, our host, was attentive and always available to answer any questions. Thank you so much for a truly fabulous time!

Exceptional experience

Cannot say enough positive things about this property, the owner, and all of the amenities and accommodations. Instructions upon check in were easy, the home is gorgeous and very well appointed - from the outdoor chairs and parasols along with the beach cart, towels, and coolers, to the kitchen (even had a ninja blender for our smoothies and a frother for cappuccinos) and all points in between. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was amazing, especially at night being able to see 360°. Area was convenient, including restaurants, jogging paths, grocery stores, and despite being close to a public beach, felt very private as we were the only ones on the beach for a few hundred yards! The owner was in constant contact, communicating issues with Wi-Fi and working remotely to remedy the situation with the internet provider. I wish every vacation experience we have had was like this one!

Everything was Wonderful - owner, house and location

3 families spent a week at this property - everyone was happy...from the adults to the kids (including the 2-year-old). The location to the beach and broadwalk was excellent - we would go for walks, runs or bike rides along the paved trail and enjoyed the scenery. We really appreciated that we didn't need beach chairs/toys or pool toys - all was provided. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were amazing - top of the line appliances, clean and provided everything we could need. The laundry room was perfect for all of us, allowing us to not have to pack so many clothes. The owner and staff were great to work with and were always available if we had any questions about the area or property. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop - (grilling, eating meals, relaxing, swimming) and appreciated the umbrellas to keep ourselves and the kids from getting too much sun. The only downside was that we had to leave. Will 110% consider this property again if we are in the area. Highly recommend - we had a fantastic time.

Perfect 40th birthday girls trip by the beach

What a perfect vacation, Alexandra is an amazing host and the house is beautiful. Even more beautiful and more spacious than the pictures and that is a rarity! We loved being steps from the beach, having chairs, umbrellas, and coolers right at the house made our beach trips extra easy. The boardwalk is also steps away, take a walk or you can ride the bikes left for you and in about 10-15 min be right in hollywood beach downtown area. We enjoyed the quiet area of this home and were easily able to get Ubers to and from the airport and to the downtown area as well. There are a few places to eat within walking distance and tiki tiki became a fast happy hour favorite. The rooftop made for another beautiful space to enjoy. Ocean view, plunge pool, lounge chairs and dining table were all put to good use especially in the mornings and afternoon. The house is well stocked, beds were very comfortable, host was extremely responsive, easy check in, luxury everything in this home. There is so much space to enjoy, I would absolutely recommend this wether you are a family or a group getting away together this vacation home leaves nothing to be desired as they have truly done it all for you. Just show up and enjoy!!

Just What We Needed!

We wanted a place for our family to be together after being apart for much of the year. This home was perfect- beautifully decorated and appointed, convenient to the airport and beach, fully equipped and near many grocery stores and restaurants to pick up from and get delivery from and a friendly and responsive owner! The house is laid out to provide spaces for all of us to have our own areas when we wanted and to give us ample room to gather too. We found the rooftop to be a wonderful place to both hangout and eat dinner. We loved having multiple seating areas and the beverage fridge nearby. We found the four bedrooms nicely decorated and finished. The beds were extremely comfortable, the closets and bathrooms large. Much of our time was spent on the uncrowded beach (only a moment’s walk away) so the provided chairs and towels were appreciated. Due to a knee injury, I was grateful for the elevator in the home. It would be great for a family with an elderly relative as well. We also met a few of the neighbors who were very friendly. After a strange 2020, our family was very happy to have a week of sunshine and relaxation together and Alexandra’s home was a large part of why our vacation was so memorable.

Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this fabulous home in a nice, quiet neighborhood with 6 adults (my husband and I, 2 adult children, their spouses), and grandchildren (toddler and baby). This home had everything that we needed including several baby items such as pack-n-play, high chair, feeding utensils, and baby toys. The baby supplies were one of the main reasons we selected this home. My daughter did rent a few items from BabyAway that was delivered such as car seats, bed rails and a play mat. We found this home to be incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you would need. We used the slow cooker, which was a nice bonus, a couple of times and the coffee pot each morning. Most of our other meals we either ordered Door Dash, dined out at GG's and the 15th St. Fishery in Fort Lauderdale(20 min drive). The beach is just a 2-3 minute walk which was very easy with a baby and toddler. We have family that live 5 minutes away so we were able to spend each day visiting with them on the beach. I do have to say that the beach is very nice, however the week we were there the entire area had sargassum washed up on shore. We have experienced this during several other vacations in the Caribbean and there is nothing you can do about it. This property had all the beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, toys, towels and a cart. The pool area was also clean and relaxing in the afternoon. This house has it all! We would highly recommend this home!

Loved everything about this property

We’ve stayed at several VRBOs over the years and this property manager was one of the best we’ve ever stayed with…she was always accessible and very accommodating. The property was the perfect location if you appreciate a quiet beach for your family…but still close to everything. It was just as advertised and sparkling clean when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring Break - Hollywood Beach

This home is 5 stars . Absolutely stunning and better than the pictures! We stayed here for spring break with our teenage daughter and her friend. The home was perfect for our stay…the girls slept on the main floor with their own bathroom/privacy while we were on the 2nd floor. The very well appointed kitchen (with balcony off of kitchen) on the 3rd floor was perfect for breakfast/lunch. The Sonos sound system was a nice bonus. The 4th floor/roof was where we spent the most time…lying out in the sun, dipping in the pool and relaxing out of the sun under the covering. The girls loved riding their bikes to the boardwalk which was also perfect for our morning walks. There are also plenty of delicious, walkable dining spots close by. This home is truly gorgeous/comfortable and one of the best 5 star properties we have stayed.

Perfect in every way!

We have vacationed in Hollywood Beach for many years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. We loved the quiet area, the short walk to the private beach, and the close proximity to many of our favourite restaurants. The house itself is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything to make it a perfect vacation spot. We travelled as a family of 6 adults with a toddler and a baby, and especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, many baby items and toys, and everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Our favourite spot was the rooftop where we enjoyed pool time and family meals with a great view. Alexandra was a pleasure to deal with, she kept in contact to ensure everything was going well. We highly recommend this exceptional property and we can’t wait to return next year!

Stunning Property with Breathtaking View!

This home is incredible! I am very particular about the cleanliness and condition of properties where I stay. Many times, I've seen beautiful online pictures, only to be disappointed upon arrival. However, this property is just as stunning in person as in the photos! The view from the rooftop area is breathtaking. A rooftop pool and close access to the gorgeous beach is vacation perfection!Furthermore, the rental process was easy, and communication with the delightful owner was helpful and prompt. You have access to anything and everything you might need for your stay. You will not be disappointed. We truly didn't want to leave!

Beautiful Beach Home

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Staying a block from the beach was magical. The top floor pool was a fab addition to this petfect vacation stay.

Simply Amazing!!

My family and I were so excited to visit South Florida for a trip celebrating graduations, but our trip was made so much better by staying at this gorgeous property! Words can't describe how beautiful it is, how perfect the location is, and how hospitable the hosts are. We were a family of 5, we had more than enough room, and anything we could have ever needed was provided! The home was spotless when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, there were more than enough TV's with many viewing options, everything you needed to visit the beach is there (which is merely steps away) - you honestly just need to show up and expect to have a terrific vacation! Alexandra has thought of every imaginable detail to make you and your family feel at home. The home is stunning and appointed so well! The rooftop area complete with a pool, offers water views including the ocean, that are second to none. The process from inquiry to ultimate booking was seamless and Alexandra was so responsive throughout it all. She offered suggestions on what to do in the area and was always available to answer any questions. Don't even think twice about whether to book this gem of a home. I am so grateful we made the decision to stay here! Our family had a wonderful time and none of us wanted to leave. We sincerely hope to visit again soon!! Thank you Alexandra!! Everything about our stay was simply amazing!!

Unbelievable house , great location!

My recent stay at this incredible beach house in Ft Lauderdale was nothing short of spectacular! The house spans four stories and features a beautiful elevator, making it easy to navigate between floors. The interior is spacious, with plenty of room to sleep comfortably. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest after long days at the beach. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the rooftop deck. This is the ultimate spot to hang out, offering stunning views that are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It’s only a few steps away from a serene beach, which is surprisingly uncrowded, providing plenty of room to lay out and soak up the sun. This house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, it has all the conveniences of home. The owner is very friendly, and the manager is available 24/7, providing peace of mind should anything arise during your stay. Overall, this beach house deserves an A++ rating. I will definitely be returning to this fantastic place in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect house!

We chose this house for our family vacation and couldn’t have been happier. From the beginning our host Alexandra was available to help us and give us area suggestions. Throughout our vacation she was always quick to reply. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean and was in a perfect location to the beach. The outdoor roof top pool was an added bonus that was used daily. We would definitely consider visiting again!

Why they chose this property

North Beach a quiet little enclave of streets, bound by State and municipal green spaces, the ocean and the Intracoastal. Rob and I discovered it quite by accident one day when we had a few hours to explore before our flight out of Fort Lauderdale airport. We were attracted by the low key charms of the neighborhood -- quiet, no high rises, tranquil beach, friendly neighbors -- and yet within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of Hollywood, Fort-Lauderdale and Miami.
