The Space:
Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom loft—your cozy retreat for a comfortable stay! This thoughtfully designed ground level studio features an inviting seating area where you can unwind with a good book or catch up with friends and family. The kitchenette is perfect for preparing light meals and is equipped with essentials for your convenience.

When you're done exploring Lubbock for the day or in need of some rest after a game at The Jones, enjoy a restful night in the luxurious queen-sized bed. Lay back and watch your favorite shows or refresh in the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this cozy loft offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a relaxing stay.

There is a shared laundry space on-site that requires a key to access that is located inside the unit. If you lose the key, you will be billed $20 for a replacement to be made.

This is one of 2 properties inside a back house located directly behind the main house. Back houses are very common in Lubbock. This is a downstairs/ground level unit and does not share space with the unit upstairs although you may run into other guests while coming and going, or doing laundry. Please reach out if you are interested in renting additional units at this property.

**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**

Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.

This property does allow some pets on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us if you are interested in bringing a pet as they will need to be approved. Any pets brought in without prior approval will be fined a $250 fee.

We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Guest Access:
All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closets.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the Tech Terrace subdivision in north Lubbock. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining.

Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.

- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
