The Space:

Welcome to Fade Away Cay, a spacious retreat in Duck that perfectly blends comfort, entertainment, and convenience for families or groups up to 12 guests. From the beautiful outdoor amenities like the heated pool & screened in porch to the well appointed interior, you will love your time in this home.



Starting from the top level, you will enjoy the bright and airy coastal atmosphere. Beach decor perfectly sets the ambience for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that the chef in your family needs to whip up delicious meals, and the dining room offers space to enjoy them together. Relax in the living room with a good book or movie, and then head to bed in the master king suite that rounds out this level.



On the mid-level, you'll find a king bedroom, a cozy queen room, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a den with a pull-out sofa, creating versatile sleeping options for everyone. There is also laundry conveniently located on this level.



Downstairs, the fun really begins with a fully equipped game room featuring a foosball table, Wii console, and TV setup—perfect for movie nights or friendly tournaments. This level also offers an additional pull-out sofa bed, extending your sleeping options even further.



Step outside to enjoy stunning views of the sound from the crow’s nest, enjoy the fresh air in the shade with new screened porch, and dip into the fenced-in pool, (Pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates). Unwind in the hot tub, fire up the propane grill for family cookouts, and make the most of the outdoor games and beach gear (available based on condition). With an outdoor shower for sandy returns, and parking for up to four vehicles, your convenience is always considered.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
