Great place

This place was very nice, clean and fun. The games were our favorite part. It was nice to have a fully stocked home to use and the extra toiletries in the bathroom were great!

Graduation

We came to watch our daughter get her Doctorate from St Mary’s. It was an awesome house very clean and close to everything we needed and all the places we needed to go.

The host messaged us around 12:55 the day of check in that maintenance has caulked the bathtub on the lower level and that we were unable to use it. They offered us an early check in but being so late notice we were unable to take advantage. This was frustrating as we specifically booked a place with two bathroom for our family of 5 and to have one unusable for 1/2 our stay was inconvenient. We would have booked elsewhere if we had known. Check in was smooth when we did arrive. The house was clean. We appreciated not having to bring things like toilet paper, salt and pepper, coffee etc as the host provided them. We went to check out the basement and discovered the pool cues were both broken. We went to use the little bowling set but it was missing a pin. The clue game was missing pieces and the dice. If you wanted to spend time with family using this area, I would bring your own games. We also noticed the HVAC system was dripping water onto the floor. We notified the host immediately but they didn’t repair any of it while we were staying there. This was also disappointing as we would have liked to utilize the area. The upstairs bedroom was really warm. They had an additional air unit, which we appreciated but it is really loud. Just an FYI for future guests. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Unsure if we would stay with them again.
