Escape to this serene and stylish retreat, designed to be your perfect home away from home. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space featuring cozy living areas and contemporary decor. Relax in the open living room, cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy morning coffee on the private patio. For families, we’ve provided a pack-and-play crib, and a highchair. We look forward to hosting you and your family at this peaceful place to stay.

All bedrooms has new smart tv. The option of dimmable lights and bedside lamps. All beds are new tempur pedic mattress with plush and memory foam pillows so that your sleep will be bliss.

All space on property is accessible for the use of guest to accommodate their desired needs. Patios, garage and yard etc.

A High-End Rental and Great Hosts

We stayed for a month (couple & 4 kids) and had a great experience. The house is new and full of high-end finishes and amenities. The hosts were great: communicative, helpful, friendly. We would certainly stay again.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in the family for decades before Cape Coral had neighborhoods. It was passed down to us and as soon as we had the opportunity we built a property we believed would be fitting for a vacation home.

What makes this property unique

I think everyone has a pool, which may be something. We create an atmosphere where you can be in a modern environment enjoying other activities like the Karaoke system that is integrated with the house speakers, and if you are more of a relaxer type you do really have to get up much to activate much things given the house is a smart home.
