Had an amazing stay, the condo was very well appointed and just as described. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again.
The kitchen was very well stocked. I make all of our meals "at home" and didnt need anything. It was a great set up for our family and the older kids could walk to and from the slopes. Very convenient. Very clean. Laundry room close. I would absolutely stay here again.
Excellent condo close to the slopes. A quick walk and you're at the lifts....hard to beat.Good communication and easy check-inThanks for the help making some great memories
This property was great, exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable beds, everything was well stocked. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!
A great place to stay! It was extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is great too with good proximity to shops. We hope to come back during the ski season!
We had a relaxing stay in our VRBO rental and it met our needs. We particularly enjoyed being near the mountain and trees. While there we were visited by deer and even a moose.
Just as advertised and better. Good location, has everything you need(particularly in kitchen), and just has what you want for a ski week in Utah. Communication of property manager is top notch. You can tell they focus on the details to make your stay top notch.
My friends and I had an amazing ski weekend at Amy’s home. There was ample space, a well stocked kitchen, and easy access to the mountain and town. We would gladly come back here again.
We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Beautiful and well stocked with a great cooking kitchen. Directly across the street from the trails was a huge bonus since we can to exclusively mountain bike Park City. Hope to return soon.
This property was just as described. Very clean with all the needed amenities. Also a great location close to the ski lifts. Amy was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.
Very clean & inviting! Short walk to the nearest lift, the owner was extremely kind & always available to answer our questions, providing great insight into the lay of the land! Definitely recommend
We had a wonderful time in this is cozy condo. Close to everything. loved the is fireplace in the morning and the evening.
Everything was well equipped. The owner Amy was very receptive to any requests.
Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this amazing home! We ate most of our meals on the shaded patio, and we could walk to several great hiking trails as well as the base of Park City mountain where there were tons of kids activities. The house gave us plenty of space for our family of four.
Everything about the stay was wonderful- the location is amazing - walking distance from a chair lift and 5 min drive to the base for quick drop offs. The is cozy, comfortable and well equipped; and the owner was extremely responsive. She proactively checked in with us when we arrived, and when we encountered some issues with water heating, she was on it immediately and very communicative. We have stayed in Park City a few times and this was our favorite property. We also loved having access to sleds and snow shoes, and appreciated the storage space for skis, boots, helmets, gloves etc.. it was perfect.
Cozy and rustic 2-story condo nestled on a beautiful wooded hillside. Each bedroom has own bathroom and is very private. Quiet, convenient location a short walk to Park City Ski Lifts. Owner is very responsive to questions and renter needs.
We loved this home, the neighborhood and everything about our weekend there. Even though we didn't travel far, it was so beautiful and relaxing. This was a great rental for family, including grandkids. Plenty of room to enjoy time together. This one was a winner! 5 Stars!
We had a great time in PC at this lovely location. The house was very clean and neat, had lots of supplies and everything was well marked. It was so close to the slopes, we even walked home one day(in our shoes) after skiing all day. Would definitely come back.
We stayed at Amy's property with two other families for our annual ski trip and had a great experience. The house had plenty of room for all of us and kids and was in great condition. It has easy access to the trails and lifts, but was a little more challenging to access and return from ski school. We ended up having to take the bus on days where our kids went to lessons. Would definitely stay here again.
The unit is very well located and Amy is a very fast and reliable host! The kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms comfortable with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Some of the appliances in the kitchen are a bit dated but for a weeks stay worked well enough! We would definitely come back to stay!

About the host
Hosted by Amy Teeling
My name is Amy Folsom Teeling, and I am the owners' daughter and the property manager. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and 2 teenagers. After growing up in Florida, I learned how to ski while in college in New England. My parents bought this Park City vacation home in 2000 as a place where our family and friends could meet up and spend time together. Over the years, I've enjoyed many wonderful vacations here with my own family, my twin sister's family, my parents and girlfriends. We're happy to share our home-away-from-home with you!
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy a vacation home in beautiful Park City because it has world class skiing, along with great restaurants and nightlife and a picturesque Main Street. Best of all, it's only 45 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. We loved the coziness of this condo and its ideal location close to the slopes.
What makes this property unique
* Location, location, location! * Minutes from Main Street restaurants and nightlife but secluded and private. * A genuine mounted moose head in the living room!
