Safe community with 2bd/2ba/2car garage attached. WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with pots & pan, kitchen utensils, toaster, waffle maker and blender. Home is in nice area of town near Sam's Club, about 10-15 min to the beach.
We offer weekly rates & Monthly rates. Private amenities include, 2 car garage, dishwasher, WiFi in side home, central A/C, private gas grill in garage, washer & dryer ready. Updated security rolling camera inside garage facing garage door/street for extra safety. There is 1 king size bed in the master. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds with wheels and can be put together and make a king size bed. The sofa bed in living room is a full size bed which allows for a TOTAL of 7 guest, young or old to stay in our home Home and enjoy your vacation.
Long term rentals get weekly and monthly discount rates.
