Luxury Mountain Cottage

We are not a renting agency, deal direct with myself, the owner. Upscale cottage rental in Stoneham ( 20mins from Old Quebec City) . A beautiful luxury property, built on 3 floors and situated on top of the mountain in a great setting. Direct view on the ski slopes. You will appreciate siting in your private spa with a glass of wine looking at that great views year round. You will find indoor and outdoor wood fireplace, gourmet kitchen, spa and pool table. This chalet contains 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 14 peoples plus a sofa bed for 2. 3 full bathrooms, laundry room, living room and dining room tastefully decorated.
You will have easy access to Old Quebec City and great outdoors for summer and winter activities.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
UPKEEP DURING YOUR STAY AND BEFORE YOU LEAVE
During your stay, cottage upkeep is the responsibility of your group.
Please check the following before you leave:
Leave all dirty towels and linens near the washer.
Do not remake beds that have been slept in.
Empty refrigerator.
Leave any broken or impossible to clean items on the kitchen counter.
Collect all trash and recycling and deposit it in the outside bins.
Do not put fireplace ashes in with the trash.
Fill and run the dishwasher.
