The room and property were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink was dangling from the wall. The toilet ran constantly after flushing. The beach was full of seaweed. Will not be coming back

Thank you Thomas! We are glad you found the room and property clean (our cleaners are literally the best!) and the bed comfortable (essential for a great vacation stay!). We are sorry the beach was full of seaweed - that happens a couple times a year and comes and goes quickly (unfortunately we can't control that). The sink in the room is for ADA standards and thus doesn't have a vanity under it (for wheelchairs etc.). We did a quick fix on the toilet and it's perfect now! We always encourage our guests to let us know any problem straight away so we can have our onsite maintenance team fix it immediately! Our goal is to have our wonderful guests (you) have an incredible time. Thank you again!

The stay was wonderful. The room was clean. The area is beautiful. The pool was clean and nice to swim in. The staff was very helpful. Margaritas were awesome. We had a couple of hiccups. There was no mattress on the full pullout bed and the dishwasher would not turn on. The Murphy bed was broken and difficult to use. We would definitely stay again.

Almost perfect

Murphy bed missing frame. Manage fixed the next day. Lots of construction next door but sliding glass doors blocked it very well. Cute little room. Enjoyed our stay.

We are very lucky to be located directly on the sand (beach), but as the construction wraps up (soon) the double paned glass doors do an amazing job of blocking the noise.
