Located on 27th St right next door to the Newport Beach Pier, You will never need to walk more than 2 minutes to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddleboard Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer.

From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund.
