Great location on the boardwalk right by Newport Pier so convenient to restaurants, a convenient store and not far away from a grocery store and right on the beach!

Beautiful location, home could use some upgrades. Mattress was uncomfortable and limited shelf space in bathroom. It was very warm during our stay so a window air conditioner would have been nice.

This property was ideal for us. We enjoyed being so close to all the amenities from beach, beachside showering, coffee shop, donut shop, icecream shop, restaurants, gift shops and bike rentals. Doug's detailed directions on accessing property and laundry room were very helpful. Since there was an extreme heat warning during our stay, we really appreciated all the portable fans.

The wife and I had an amazing experience and stay the whole week. 5 days of disney, and seven days on a beautiful beach in a great home, the people in the area are friendly and all food you can think of in walking distance. Can't wait to go back.

The location is wonderful you are literally in the perfect spot amongst everything on the Newport boardwalk. The house needs some updating but everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

If you want to be right on the beach and a 1-3 minute walk to many restaurants and shopping then this is the place to stay. Oh and Sunday a farmers market right outside back door. So great location , great city. Definitely will stay again

Location was absolutely perfect and the views were gorgeous. I knew the location well and was curious how "loud" being close to the round about and Pier would be at night, and it was still quiet within the home. Would definitely stay again.

This place is perfect. It is right on the beach in the best location, and within walking distance to everything. It was spotless and adorable and has everything you need. The property manager is the nicest guy and so friendly and easy to work with. I will stay here again and again.
