This adorable 3 bed /3 bath townhouse is the perfect place for your family to enjoy your next Myrtle Beach Vacation! We provide fresh laundered, linens, towels, and other amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen. The living room also offers air mattress. SoFun in the sun is only minutes away with the boardwalk and beach access just minutes from the property. Free parking

Our Master bedrooms with private baths & double vanities - a king, equipped with a TV. And the 2nd bedroom has a private bathroom and a King Bed , equipped with a TV as well. The 3rd bedroom has its own bathroom with a queen bed and bunk bed
Our comfy sofa bed could convert into a regular queen size bed.

Just off of 2nd Ave. in Myrtle Beach! 3 MINUTES walk to step onto the ocean sand and a very quick walk to shopping, dining and everywhere else like FAMILY KINGDOM AMUSEMENT PARK; THE BOARDWALK , 2ND AVENUE FISHING PEIR , WATERFRONT RESTAURANTS, There also many other walkable dining places; COFFEE/ DOUGHNUT SHOPS, GOLF CART RENTALS, CANDY SHOP, AND GAS STATION that are just around the corner from the house.

On-Site Trailer Parking. Max 16ft trailer.

A cart and 9 beach chairs 1 foldable chairs are provided for your enjoyment

The house is pet friendly.

Guests must be 18 years or older to Book and Check-in.

You will be provided with detailed check in instruction a day before of arrival. It is a self check-in with a smart lock.

We have a spacious garage for 2 cars. There is also a compact parking spot in the front driveway as well as another space in front of the driveway across from the entrance. Trailers are allowed in the designated parking spot only and limited to 12ft max length.

Parking is not allowed on the street. The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street. Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway! For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

On-Site Trailer Parking. Max 16ft trailer.
Pets are allowed for a fee must be house trained and kept in a crate when left alone.
$50 per pet for all your stay, to be billed day of check in.

The place is nicely decorated and very clean. It is exactly as described. We are not familiar with the area so we may have chosen something a little closer to the sky wheel, just so we could walk to shops. However, it is a quick drive to everything so that wasn't really too much of an issue. Beds are very firm, and the mosquitos were horrible around the property (but it is South Carolina, no fault of the place).We would definitely stay again, I loved how it was decorated and it really is conveniently located...

Great location near the southern end of the strip! The property was immaculate and in great shape! Only issue we had was parking got tight when the other units in the triplex area were occupied, but the garage made that easier to manage. The walls of the unit were also quite thin, we were easily able to hear the spoken conversations of the groups next door. Other than those minor quibbles our stay was outstanding and highly recommended!

We enjoyed the home cleanliness, amenities and short walk to beach. We happen to have loud neighbors renting next door, so that was unfortunate but otherwise enjoyed our quick stay in Myrtle beach.

The place was only "surface" clean. Our feet turned black after walking barefoot in the place for a few hours. The ceiling fan in the living room had black dust coating the blades. There was visible thick dust on the backs of every door. The heavy 2 inch vinyl blind was raised in the living room when we arrived my son lowered it to block the sun. It came crashing down cutting his arm. The yard is all weeds and there is a prevalent weed that has small, sharp burs that stick to your shoes and get carried into the house. My granddaughter sat on one and it stuff firmly into her bare thigh and I can't tell you how difficult it was to remove them from my little dog's fur each time she went out to relive herself. There was some kind of mosquito nest at the outside hose area as you enter the garage. They swarmed you as you entered. There were many positive things about our stay, but the negatives were too many for me to recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was very nice, clean and well supplied. Only suggestion I would have is blackout curtains for the upstairs bedrooms. There is so much lighting in the area it really lights up the rooms at night and makes it difficult to sleep. Also sink in kitchen is draining very slowly.
