- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $75 per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days. The pool can not be heated when the outside low temperature is below 55°F (Generally from November to March)
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are available upon request
- Coffee: Standard drip coffee maker
- Parking: There is street and driveway parking at the property
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- The card holder on the payment card used for the reservation must match the main booking guest on the Rental Agreement.
- Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.
