This beautiful custom designed former model home includes a large den as well as a captain's watch. Offering ocean to sound views and direct ocean access, this home affords vacationers the best outdoor activities and dining experiences that the Outer Banks has to offer.

14' x 20' private pool, hot tub, den w/mini-fridge, TVs, DVD player, WiFi, high chair, outside shower, grill. This home fronts the beach road and guests will cross the 2 lane road to access the beach.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Parking for 3-4 vehicles. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Super Location & Size for a Week Long Wedding Gathering which allowed pets!

Rental was done online and was super easy! Needed a home w/5 bedrooms and bathrooms, sizable kitchen & dining areas. This house; “Off Course” fit the bill! Very comfortable seating, plenty of kitchen space and eating areas. The bedrooms were nicely appointed and comfortable bedding. All with sliders for a deck experience. The rental was the week of my daughters wedding, and met all expectations & more. On Thursday all the bridesmaids spent the morning & afternoon there with a makeup artist & hair dresser. Plenty of room in the main living & kitchen area with lots of natural light from all the windows. You had sound views and some ocean views from that location. The AC worked great as well! Keyless entry made entering a breeze as well as check out. The kitchen is in need of measuring spoons as I could only locate a 1/2 cup one. Minor inconvenience. Loved not having to pack towels & bedding fir the trip as well as a welcome package of basic needs. I highly recommend “Off Course”, it’s located in the middle of everything Outerbanks and was close to the Wedding Venue; Vista Creek near Manteo.

April 2019 Stay

The house was very clean upon arrival. It is very spacious. No hassle keyless entry. Loved that all bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. Very short walking distance to the beach. There was a terrible storm one night. Water seeped into the dining room through the sliding door. Maintenance was called and responded quickly. Village Realty was great to work with. Would rent this house again and deal exclusively with Village Realty.

OBX is our favorite place to vacation. This has been the best place we have rented from. Centrally located and close to the beach. We LOVE that it was pet-friendly! It made traveling with our pup a breeze. Beautiful house with beautiful views of ocean and sound. Will rent from again! 😊

July 2017 Stay

Arrived to find what we suspected to be mold in the vents. We were told it was moisture trapping the dirt from the system. It was on the vent covers on the lower levels only. We almost believed it except most of the door opening takes place upstairs where the view and the kitchen are. No signs of the "moisture trapped dirt" up there and it rained a bunch so one would think there would have been some amount of moisture in the air. Out of the ten people in the house two lost there voice and developed a cough almost immediately and three others are traveling home today feeling the onset of something like a cold. The mold suspicion is very strong as a result. The dishes were dirty, house has some very large red roaches living on the kitchen level, the dishwasher is very old which we were told was being replaced but that never happened even after quite a few inconvenient phone calls to determine a time to let them in. With that, one of our guests missed the beach that day. Awesome! The microwave has paint chip
