About this property

Hog House! Sleeps 11!

The Hog House is decorated from top to bottom with Arkansas Razorback decor! This beautiful home sleeps 10-12, people, depending on your group. We totally remodeled the home, inside and out, in the summer of 2012. EVERYTHING in this house is Razorback themed or red and white! This 5BR 2BATH home has a fully stocked kitchen, a brand new gas grill, and all linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom has a king bed. Three bedrooms have queen beds. One bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The Hog House has a full size washer and dryer, all new appliances, and 7 flatscreen Smart TV's. The house has top speed WiFi. There is a small upstairs room with a beanbag couch, and TV. The back yard of the Hog House is fenced in. The enormous deck on the front of the house is perfect for tailgating or family cookouts. Sit out on the deck after a big Razorback win and watch the excited fans drive by as they leave the game. You'll be back to the Hog House relaxing while everyone else is stuck in traffic! The Hog House is walking distance to Razorback Road where Bud Walton Arena and Razorback Stadium are located. It's an easy walk to the games, less than a mile. You will see hundreds of fans walking this same route.
We also own two more vacation rental homes in Fayetteville. One is Razorback themed. The orher is SEC themed. These two are smaller and they each have 3 bedrooms and one bathroom and sleep 6 people. All three houses are next to each other. Perfect for multiple families or friend groups!
If you have a larger group and need accommodations for more than 12, we can make you a deal on renting 2 house or all three! Please check with us if this is something you are interested in or if you want to know more about the other houses.

Great Razorbacks materials onsite, lacking in coffee cups for place with 10 people and 6 mugs, and only 4 rolls of TP for the bathrooms, and not much silverware. We loved the pictures and easy communication between property and owner.

Graduation at the Hog House

We spent 3 nights with 8 people and the house was perfect. Location close in so we could go on morning walks to campus. It is near plenty of restaurant options as well. Highly recommend it for a big group. Woo Pig Sooie!

What a wonderful place to stay. Great way to celebrate with family and friends. We were in town to celebrate a birthday! We all went to The University of Arkansas so were so excited to stay at a place with such school spirit! The rooms are great sizes and also great for family with kids! The house is conveniently located! Close to the highway and to everything you would need (restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations). Very spacious and clean! Loved the decor! We used the open field across the street for a game of wiffle ball. We would definitely try to get this house again the next time we are in town!

Hash House Heaven!

We had a group of 6 stay at the Hawg House for the game. We were visiting from all over the US and supported the opposing team. We LOVED staying here. The description of the place was spot on. Very clean, great location and roomy. Easy walk to campus. Decor was soo cute. There is a Pig everywhere and we loved it. The best part we’re the hosts. Tracy was the perfect host. She and her family are all so sweet. If we lived closer we’d be great friends. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tracy for making our trip so memorable! And as they say in Arkansas, Woo Pig Sooie!

This property is top notch. Very clean. Very nice. We had 11 and everyone slept well. The property manager communicated well and was super nice. Easy access to the university and several restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend. We will stay here again.

Sibling Weekend!

My husband and his three siblings, all with their spouses, got together for the weekend in Fayetteville for some time together! This house was in the perfect location for us! We went to the Razorback football game on Saturday and it was SO NICE to be within walking distance to the stadium. We didn’t have to mess with all the after game traffic or try finding and paying for parking! The house was very comfortable! Communication with the owners was great and they were super easy to work with. We will be back!

We are the owners of the original Hog House near the University of Arkansas. We are huge Razorback fans and have really enjoyed spending our game weekends at our Hog House. This is what sparked our interested in designing another Hog House as a vacation rental. We love having family and friends over and cooking out on game days at our Hog House! It is the ultimate get-away for our family!

Why they chose this property

We have three young children. When we purchased our first Hog House we had in mind that one of our children might someday go to the University of Arkansas. Now that we have our second Hog House, we are excited that some day we will have room for all of our children and grandchildren to stay on Razorback game weekends! Now we have a new goal. We just purchased and remodeled our third Hog House so that all three of our children will have a Hog House when they have families of their own! Of course we are doing our best to raise our children to be big Hog fans just like us!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite thing about this house is that is was so much fun to decorate! Our children immediately wanted us to buy the house when they saw the little room that is upstairs from one of the bedrooms. They call it their clubhouse! We also love the 400 square foot deck on the front of the house! It's huge! One of our favorite pasttimes is to sit outside and watch the Razorback traffic go by. They honk, wave, sing, cheer, and call the hogs as they drive by the Hog House!
One idea that some of our guests have already taken advantage of is to rent one of our houses for the entire Razorback Football Season! Then you know you have a tailgate house for every home Fayetteville game!
