Very comfortable, even for my elderly parents. The recliners were so helpful for them. We loved eating al fresco in the back patio. Everything was great. Lance was responsive and accommodating. Location was less than 10 minutes from Ark.

We enjoyed our stay in this VRBO very much. It was clean, comfortable and located well for the things we wanted to do. Being away from hustle and bustle of a town was also great! No traffic during the night other than an occasional train which we didn’t mind at all. 5 stars for us here!

Everything way very clean and comfortable good supply of towel and linens kitchen was very clean and updated but could have a few more supplies we enjoyed the fire pit and the nice deck with very nice table and chairs would recommend this rental

Very clean and comfortable property close to the Ark Encounter. Easy to find and lots of amenities. Host was very helpful and provided good communication. Comfortable beds. Train noise nearby took some getting used too, but the large yard and comfortable surroundings made up for it. Thank you!

Communication with the host was smooth and timely from start to finish, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. really clean. roku tv easy to use, well supplied kitchen. well supplied towels. had small bottles of shampoo and body wash in shower (fine for 2 people, but not enough for 6 people); however, a call to the property owner remedied the situation quickly.only suggestion is, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. a main train line runs about a block from the house and is used frequently 24/7.we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again, and recommend to all.

Perfect location for visiting the Ark. Easy 15 minute drive to the Ark. Located 5–7 minutes from Walmart and all the restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood…perfect for a family to stay. Nice yard fenced around the back if you need to let the kids out to play for a little bit. Clean on the inside. Plenty of towels.

We had a very nice time. The open concept living/kitchen was great. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning works wonderfully! There was a lovely outdoor table and chairs on the deck which was shaded in the afternoon. We took advantage of the fire pit to roast marshmallows…yummy. My only complaint is that the lawn needed to be mowed but it wasn’t terrible. I highly recommend this rental.
