This cozy apartment is located behind the main residence in a quiet country setting only six miles north of Fredericksburg. After enjoying the activities in town, you can relax, sip your favorite beverage, and watch the deer grazing on the property. We just purchased the property in late summer of 2015. We hope to offer to our guests the best possible vacation rental that they could possible have. Our goal is for our guests to have a fun, carefree and memorable experience while staying at our home. Why they chose this property
Beautiful and quaint old historic town, built by the Germans using native limestone rock. Small town friendly atmosphere with big city amenities and upscale restaurants, theater, music, shopping, fitness and medical services. Enjoy nearby Enchanted Rock State Natural Area. Scenic views, hiking, geological wonders and stunning beauty await. The area is reached by a 20 minute drive through the Hill country on Hwy 16. Fredericksburg is the epicenter of the Hill Country wine region with 45 wineries and vineyards. The town boast some of the best shopping in the area with over a 150 boutiques, shops and art galleries. If you enjoy history, there are museums including the National Museum of the Pacific War, Pioneer Museum Complex and the Sauer Beckmann Living History Farm. There is something for everyone in the town of Fredericksburg and surrounding Hill Country area.
